The condo is 0.4 miles from the fitness center, 0.3 miles from the tennis center, 1 mile to the SC private beach and 1.5 miles to the town of Bethany Beach.
West lake (the lake behind the condo) also allows catch and release fishing as well as recreational use with canoes/kayaks.
SC amenities include a PRIVATE beach for SC owners and guests only. Beach chairs and umbrellas are available to rent. 2 gyms each with an indoor pool, hot tub, sauna and locker rooms on location. Multiple outdoor pools. World class tennis and pickle ball facilities. Basketball courts. Free shuttle between Sea Colony East (Oceanside) and Sea Colony West (Inland) locations.
