While the golfing mecca is the area's top attraction boasting five stunning 18-hole courses, many other nearby activities can highlight your trip with the family.

After indulging in a homecooked meal, enjoy a glass of wine on the patio under the pergola, or layout on the outdoor mat to gaze at the night sky – believe me, there is no shortage of shooting stars in the unpolluted Lost Sierra! End your star gazing with a nice cup of hot chocolate by the warm fireplace in the expansive living room.

If all that is not enough to keep you occupied, Truckee and Reno are within an hour’s drive. There you can enjoy world-renowned skiing or the flashy lights of famous casinos.

This single-story home can comfortably sleep 4 adults on one king and 2 twin Zinus memory foam mattresses. Wait, you’re a family of 5? Don’t worry, we have you covered…there’s a trundle bed in the guest room for your enjoyment.

While this vibrant home is the ideal getaway, its location makes it easy for you to get around. It’s just a short 5 min walk to quaint downtown Graeagle where you can experience excellent dining and the finest boutique shopping.

Also important to note - the home is situated across the coveted Mill Pond which makes it an ideal spot for watching fireworks on the 4th of July.

A few points to consider before booking:

*COOLING: These townhomes were not built with A/C. That said, during the hotter months, we have a portable A/C unit available for your use

*HEATING: We have baseboard heating and a fireplace for your use.

*For the colder months (typically November-March), we ask that you check the local weather for possible road closures and forecasted snow. The HOA provides snow removal services for the Graeagle Meadows community which should allow for a 4WD vehicle to enter without too much issue, though we cannot guarantee how quickly the snow removal occurs after each snow.

*PARKING: We have one covered and one uncovered parking space available.

*SECURITY: We have noise monitors and a ring doorbell at the front door capable of recording video and audio - these devices are only used for security purposes for the safety of our guests and neighbors.
