Cozy On The Cove

We enjoyed this cozy little cottage with a wonderful view of the cove through the wall of windows. All essentials are provided, and it’s been nicely renovated. We were celebrating our 36th Anniversary and wanted something that offered privacy where we could rest, relax and fish, yet relatively close to restaurants, so this was perfect.

Otter Banks

Had a great time taking my cup of coffee in the morning and sitting on the dock to watch the river otters swim around. The property has a large window in the dining/living area to otter watch as well. I could have stayed there all day watching those little guys. Also had a bald eagle that makes its rounds and perched frequently by the dock.

Restful slice of paradise!

Adorable little cottage tucked away on a quiet creek. We loved our stay, and enjoyed the peace of the water during winter. Great deck, loved the big windows at the front of the cottage. Comfortable, clean, had everything we needed. Owner was easy to communicate with and responsive. We will definitely be back!

Born and raised in Gloucester County, VA, Matthew wanted to find a waterfront home that brought him back to his roots. As soon as Heather saw the house and quiet creek she feel in love. It was the perfect fit for everyone!

The wrap around porch, private dock and wall of windows makes this the perfect river get away. Even when you are indoors, you feel surrounded by nature.
