RULES AND THINGS TO NOTE:
- Swim spa is not a standard pool. Must be over 18 to use without guardian present.
- Diving and glass in the pool is not allowed
- Full disinfectant and extermination services are provided
- Security cameras are active on the premises in outdoor areas for liability and capacity reasons. Located front, back and sides.
- No special efforts have been made to childproof the house
- The plumbing is run on a septic system. Do not flush hygiene products, hair, wipes, medicine, grease, fats, chemicals, trash and other products out of toilets and drains.
- All disruptive parties and events are prohibited, regardless of size, per Airbnb policy.
