Quiet neighborhood with a large privacy fenced backyard and covered patio. It's located in Atkins, Arkansas just 3 blocks from Interstate 40. Great place to stay if you want to fish in Lake Atkins, work at AR Nuclear One, having a wedding at Meadows on the Mountain or just wanting to relax.

Cozy House

This home was perfect for us. We were in town for the weekend for a wedding at Meadow on the Mountain, which was a quick 10 minute drive. Its nice and cozy, and spacious. The owners were very generous and hospitable. Would stay again.

The home was clean and accommodating. The backyard was spacious for our dog and fenced in properly. Kitchen was clean with plenty of cookware to use. Quiet comfortable neighborhood and even snacks left out for are arrival. We would stay here again if possible.

Clean and simple.

Enjoyed our stay. Hosts left us plenty of snacks which we appreciated. The only thing that hosts might need to check on is the AC/heater system as it makes a lot of noise when it’s running.

This house was perfect for our weekend trip. It was very clean and spacious. Great hot water with good water pressure. Close to the interstate so our travel to/from Russellville was easy. Our only suggestion is a bigger tv in the living room! The room is good size so it was little hard to see the tv for our older family.
