A great house with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 living rooms and a nice kitchen. We were here for a wedding with 8 adults and 1 toddler in the house. Plenty of room for everyone. The house was clean and comfortable and located in a nice residential neighborhood. House was stocked with coffee, water, toiletries and plenty of linens. Plenty of off-street parking. Jose was a great host and quick to respond with any questions we had. He was very accommodating for our family and being able to invite the bride/groom and parents to the house for easy visiting. Would definitely stay here again.

Weekend getaway

This property was everything it posted !! The kids enjoyed downstairs and us adults enjoyed the space...lol. The neighborhood was very nice and quiet. I would definitely return to this home on my next visit to Chicago

True second-home experience

I can’t say enough nice things about above-and/beyond service that Allende provided; the proactive communication was top notch. From the time we booked the trip Allende shared not only recommendations for places to go, but also local neighborhood gems, things to see and do. If we had any questions, he responded promptly. The location itself is half a block from a main road but on a residential street. To us that was a positive - easy access still with the sounds of the city around us. It was not excessive but definitely not noise free. The rental felt like walking into a comfortable home. Beautiful artwork on the walls, fantastic theme (my favorite was on the west kitchen wall). The kitchen was fully stocked with cutlery, pans and pots, seasonings, some pantry essentials. It is ground level as well as fully finished basement with sufficient living space for our entire party, comfortably (4 adults and 2 older kids) and with privacy. The best part was a washer and drier on premises! The listing is as described - with additional towels, blankets available. Thank you for everything.
