Welcome to your new escape! Beautifully designed around life with a family, Windsor House is located in Valley Village – North Hollywood, just a few miles from several of South California's top attractions!
Take scenic drives to Pasadena for a game at the famous Rose Bowl, or to downtown L.A. for its museums, world-class restaurants and boutiques, and vibrant nightlife. If you fancy a relaxing day to soak up some sun, the beaches are less than thirty minutes away!

Open with the kitchen, the family room shares the abundance of natural light provided by the large windows, and French doors that lead to the yard. Featuring a large cozy sofa and a Smart TV, it gives the family a pleasant place to get together. In a second and more private living room, those who seek tranquility can snuggle up on comfortable leather couches and unwind with a book. *There is also an extra private playroom for the kids, featuring a television, sofa, table, toys, and games. This space is accessed through the stairs in the backyard.

The kitchen is spacious and well-equipped with modern appliances, all the essential cookware, lots of counter space, and a kitchen island with high-top seating. Cooking for the entire household will be a breeze! To enjoy these delicious meals, the dining room has a lovely modern wooden table with chairs and a bench, providing enough space to gather everyone.

There are three bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. The master one boasts a king-size bed and a large walk-in closet. The two additional bedrooms, also with private bathrooms, are each equipped with queen-size beds and plush linens. The fourth one has a twin bunk bed and is ideal for the younger ones to hang out.

There is also a powder room in this home for your guests' convenience.

You will love the extensive outdoor patio with high-quality outdoor furniture and an impressive outdoor grill station. This sunny backyard is fenced with a cedar hedge providing privacy, and features a fenced pool, lounge chairs, outdoor seating areas, and a kids play structure.

BATHROOMS: There are 3 full bathrooms attached to bedrooms and one powder room.

KITCHEN & DINING: The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, cooktop, dishwasher, microwave, wine cooler, and all your cookware. There is a traditional drip-style coffee pot, blender, and toaster. All your cutlery as well as tableware are stocked. Basic spices (salt, pepper, olive oil) are provided for your cooking needs.

PARKING: Driveway parking.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Check-in is after 4 PM & check-out is before 11 AM. Early check-in or late check-out time may be available, please inquire about pricing at the time of booking.

DISCLAIMER: NO events or gatherings, including bachelorette/ bachelor parties, weddings, baby showers, or birthdays. Dogs under 30LBS are welcome with an added pet rent of $30/day.

Fantastic home away from home.

We stayed at this property for 3 weeks during our displacement from the fire in Altadena. The home is beautiful, roomy, cozy, well supplied, and just a pleasure to come home to during a really stressful time. The owner/manager was very pleasant and helpful. The location was ideal and close to shopping and restaurants. We would love to stay again under more pleasant circumstances. I’d give it 6 stars if I could.

Spacious house with nice yard

The house was a good size and it was nice to have several ensuite bathrooms. The yard was nice and I'm sure pool would be great in the Summer (we stayed in Winter). Would be good for kids with a nice playroom and lots of games in the house.

Beautiful Home!

This is a beautiful, clean and comfortable home. They have everything you need for cooking, kids and relaxing! This place is catered to both kids and adults. Our kids absolutely loved the backyard with the jungle gym to play on, the playroom and the movie room with the bunk beds! The bedrooms were very nice and comfortable. The BBQ was awesome and easy to use. The house rules and everything you need to know about the house is very clearly stated for you in the book so we didn’t have any reason to reach out to the host for questions. We would absolutely stay here again!

Colorado Family Visit

We are military families with kids ages 7-9. The kids absolutely loved the game room! The pool was chilly in October but still very clean and nice for a plate plunge for my husband’s sore muscles. Everything was so clean and well kept. Their game collection was very exciting!! The Moms played many of them. We would come back to this location every time!

The patio I was a great place to bbq and enjoy the beautiful grounds. The pool was very welcoming and enjoyed by the family. The kitchen had everything you need to cook great meals! The rest of the house was amazing! The only negative point was the steps to get into the house. I can’t do steps especially when they don’t have a rail. I had to grab onto a flower pot to get in from the patio. There is a rail going down the outside steps of the laundry room. For me, it was very hard to get in and out. Otherwise, it was a fantastic place to stay!

Great place

A spacious home with lots of room to move about. Perfect for a group of friends or families. Nearby groceries and shopping. Pool was nice - just wish we could’ve heated it! Be sure to check out the game room - it was very cool! Thanks again!

Our Family Vacation and Reunion Combo

The house itself is exactly as described! Spacious is an understatement. Really a wonderful rustic meets modern feel with every amenity imaginable. Comfy beds, televisions in the right places, awesome children’s playroom with tons of toys and games, adult games too. The pool is smaller than it looks in the pictures but still fine for the number of people in the house. It was not clean when we first arrived but they quickly serviced us with 1 phone call. Only problem was that there have been severe drought conditions and the lawns and trees were so dried out that wasps , bees and other insects were a small problem. While there were plenty outside places to sit, there were old, cobbwebbed and dusty. Clearly no up keep has been happening outside. It would have been nice if all the furniture had been cleaned in anticipation of our arrival. The outdoor grill was awesome though. There is a poorhouse resident on property but he was seldom seen and a very nice young man. Overall great stay! High marks!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The interior of the home was satisfactory and well stocked. The exterior was a disappointment. All of the outdoor furniture, including the upholstered pieces were dirty, dusty and had bird droppings all over them. My grandchildren were afraid of the swing set as it was covered in spiderwebs and very dirty. The long term tenant in the pool house is very nice but literally 2 feet from you while in the pool - weird and a little unsettling.

Amazing Family House

We have five kids under the age of 16 and couldn’t have had a better stay! The pool was wonderful. The kids game room upstairs was such an unexpected treat. The kitchen comes equipped with everything as well as a really good grill outside. Again, just a wonderful place!

Everything you need, in one spot!

I could not be happier with our stay. Rooms were comfortable, bathrooms great, kitchen was well stocked with both dishes/utensils/pots/etc and extras like sugar/syrup/oil/spices. If you have kids, there are things for them do too, including awesome books and art supplies! Game room was a hoot too. Management very responsive and helpful with an early check in. Would absolutely stay here again. Thank you!

Perfect for families!

Wonderful location! The neighborhood is beautiful! We enjoyed evening walks, the home inside was very clean, yard needed a little sprucing up. We spent 2 days at universal studios which was 15 minutes away. My kids ended both days there early so they could come back to the rental to swim. The game room was fun! We had a Lincoln logs building contest and played a lot of foosball. We would definitely rent this place again

Best vacation stay ever!

The Windsor Home was absolutely perfect for our Universal Studios family vacation. The kitchen was awesome. Everything you need to create memorable family breakfasts and dinners. Great location in a lovely, quiet neighborhood near Universal Studios, and the game room was a hit with the kids! Beds were so comfy. Highly recommended!

We picked this for it's proximity to universal. The house was nice, lots of space. I didn't get the pool heated so we didnt use. Fridge ice/water machine needs cleaning, bathrooms too. There was trash still in the can from previous renter. We cleaned the bathrooms before we used them. We didn't spend a lot of time there, just for sleep.

Wonderful Week!

My family and I had a wonderful week's stay. The home is spacious with plenty of room for a family gathering. We enjoyed the well-stocked kitchen and appliances, as well as plenty of arts and crafts, puzzles, and books for every age. The back patio was beautiful and a lovely place to enjoy on the days it didn't rain. The location is close to studios and hiking and is located in a pretty neighborhood.

Gorgeous fun home

We had an amazing time at this beautiful home. It was my self and my two children age 20 and 23. Everything is immaculate and perfectly set up for a wonderful time. My kids commented on how much fun it would’ve been to stay there when they were younger, because there was a play structure in the backyard, an amazing play room with tons of games and even a little cabinet with art supplies. Such a fabulous home for a wonderful vacation!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My stay was great. The property was beautiful, and the cost reflected that, but as soon as we checked in, they informed us that it would cost $100 a day to use the pool with a $300 minimum for 3 days, to use it, which wasn’t advertised along with the pictures of the pool. They also tried to charge for my service animals and argued with me until I showed them not only my animal’s certificate just to prove, but also the airbnb policy on service animals. So when I checked out, the place was spotless, but they left a defaming review that said we had left a huge mess, but I have time stamped video (which I always take) to document how clean the place was when we left. Housekeepers literally would have only had to change the bedding we used as we didn’t even leave a dirty dish. Yet cleaning fees were still $300 so the fact they left a defaming review because they were upset they couldn’t charge for my service animal.. won’t be staying here again. The home is beautiful but they are dishonest and have a lot of hidden costs they try to find ways to make your stay more expensive than it already is.. also, two of three showers weren’t working and one of the bathroom sinks was leaking...

Great nice! Very comfortable. Close to all our destinations.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. However, the sink in the bathroom across from the master suite had a leak and we had to turn off the water valve to keep it from running.

Great time with family!

Wow! This property is great! We have two young children and they loved all of the toys and the pool! We all had plenty of room and available streaming services were a huge bonus. Property management was very helpful and was able to let us check in early, which we have rarely experienced! Thank you for a great stay!

We were there for 3 days before we even showed them the attic space. Kitchen especially well equipped. The master bathroom was fantastic. Very highly recommended. Chosen because it was quite close to Universal Studios.
