Location, location, location. This modernly restored historic home was designed to comfortably meet the needs of guest, and is conveniently housed minutes to downtown Columbia. Walk across the street to the Riverwalk along the Congaree River or local restaurants, bars, and shops. Take a stroll or 3 minute drive to Downtown Columbia. This home features 2 spacious bedrooms, 1.5 baths, private deck, free off-street parking, keyless entry, memory foam mattresses, full kitchen, dining table, Keurig coffee maker, and 65" Smart TV.
Our home is located in West Columbia, SC in an area affectionately called “New Brookland.” West Columbia, or WeCo, is a vibrant neighborhood directly across the river from downtown Columbia. It is minutes from USC campus, Williams-Brice Stadium, and the South Carolina State House. WeCo has miles of beautiful riverside walking trails, delicious restaurants, the Riverbanks Zoo, and two awesome beer gardens!
