Le Pesca - For lovers of beauty and nature

Summary:
Huge fir trees, a unique architectural style and the omnipresence of water: everything here invites calm and gentleness. Combining wood, wrought iron and decoration with industrial and urban accents, the Pesca offers a contemporary and warm environment. It has open-plan rooms, lots of light and a bedroom on the mezzanine. With family or friends, you will never tire of lounging in its spa with a view overlooking nature and the stars.

The Space:
The chalet has 3 bedrooms in all, 2 in the basement and a mezzanine:
- a bedroom with a queen bed
- a bedroom with 2 double bunk beds
- a mezzanine with 2 double beds

- There are 2 full bathrooms and a powder room on the main floor.
- In the basement you will find a corner to play table football and a living room with a large television.
- On the mezzanine, a special corner for children awaits the little ones to play in a cabin corner.
- The large open, spacious and very bright room allows beautiful family gatherings around the fireplace.
- The terrace overlooking the lake remains a very pleasant place in summer to relax and enjoy nature

Guest Access:
It is necessary to have a vehicle to access the chalet.
In winter, a 4x4 type vehicle is recommended (SUV)

The Neighborhood:
Activities in summer:
On site: hiking trails, swimming (motor boats prohibited) and fishing. Boats included in your rental: There is a pedalo and a kayak.
Nearby: golf course, Ouareau Forest Regional Park, Arbraska, Parc des Chutes-Dorwin and Spa La Source in Rawdon.

Activities in winter:
On site: cross-country skiing and snowshoeing on a magnificent trail around the lake, skating on a large skating rink on the lake (when mother nature allows it)
Nearby: Ski Val St-Côme and Ski Montcalm, Spa La Source in Rawdon, Super tube slides in St-Jean-de-Matha (about 40 minutes).

Getting Around:
A vehicule is mandatory

Other Things to Note:
We have free WIFI and the LTE connection is very good at the chalet. You will have no worries watching your movies or working from the chalet.
