Small boutique building with pool and BBQ area. 1 King size bed or 2 single size beds and 1 bath, open kitchen, dining and living room with 2 full sofa/bed. Maximum occupancy 4 people. The only unit in the Condo with Washer, dryer and dishwasher inside. Access to Key Biscayne Beach Park. Walking distance to the beach. This area is unique and exclusive family-oriented town. Sunrise Club Condo is in front of the Winn Dixie , and plenty of restaurants.

Great Location

We stay in this complex when we come to Miami. Gets us away from the busyness of Miami. It is easy to walk to the point to watch the sunset, farmers market, beach access, and a nice pool.

The unit is in a great spot for access to shops, parks and the beach. It was clean and well furnished. It has nice, new appliances. The couches in the living area were not as comfortable to sit/sleep on, they were hard and you could feel the wire frame. Ana, the host was excellent, she responded quickly to any questions. Would recommend for a stay in Key Biscayne .

Clean & Conveniently Located!

Stayed for 5 nights on a vacation and had a wonderful time. The unit was very clean and had everything we needed for our trip including a well-appointed kitchen, beach towels, comfortable bed, and a nice shower. The location of this place is great, everything is easily walkable, including the grocery store, and the neighborhood is very safe. The host was super responsive during our time.

This property was just as described, a central great location in KB. It is remodeled and updated very nicely. The beach access is literally down the street and many cute restaurants and shops are just across the street. Ana the host was super responsive and helpful. I would definitely stay here again!

Take in the view of the Miami Skyline from the Rusty Pelican, located on the causeway, and order from a selection of contemporary menu items with Latin flare. Choose from six food and drink destinations at The Ritz-Carlton Key, Key Biscayne, Miami, and for a chic but relaxed dining experience try Costa Med Bistro + Wine which incorporates European, Mediterranean, and South American influences.

Outdoor adventures abound on Key Biscayne, where boating and watersports take center stage. Hobie Beach, also known as Windsurfer Beach, is the top windsurfing spot in the Miami area as well as a popular dog-friendly beach.
