Great family condo

The location is by far the best, we walked almost everywhere. The pool is nearly out the back door. We were provided plenty of towels for our group. During our 9 day stay we only had one minor issue with the thermostat. Reason for not giving 5 stars is the property could use some updated cookware. This is a great property for groups with kids. We would gladly book again.

Would love to stay here again in the future.

The condo itself was very nice and inviting, with a comfortable and well-decorated space. However, there were a couple of maintenance issues that need attention. Some of the dishes in the cabinets were dirty, which was disappointing, and there was a leak that left the hall carpet soaking wet. While these issues didn’t ruin our stay, they were inconvenient. With a little more attention to detail in cleaning and maintenance, this would be a perfect vacation spot.

Nice condo in Reunion Resort

The property was well equipped. It could use some updating in the bedrooms and bathrooms. The pool was nice but quiet. No music and headphones required. Did not check other amenities. Close to Disney but Universal was further out. Patio furniture was sparse (table and 2 chairs) with view of wooded area surrounding the golf course. So, wasn’t enticed to sit on the patio. Had to contact the property management company to fix air conditioner, but they responded and fixed it within the day contacted, and we were very pleased as it got pretty hot during our stay.

Property sufficient Smell horrid

Upon first entering the property the smell was unbearable. Like rotten food and sewage. Call the emergency number, someone answered then promptly hung up. No answer to multiple additional calls. Had to purchase numerous air fresheners.

Family Time

Our stay was absolutely amazing! Met up with distant family. They came to the states to enjoy some of our wonderful parks with their children. And we got to meet up with them and enjoy the weekend! Our condo exceeded our expectations! Very cozy and inviting

Had a relaxing time there. Was peace and quite and the pool was so close by which was a plus. Also was walking distance to the nearest market. Definitely would book another stay in the future.

Get What You Pay For

I have stayed at Reunion Resort in the past. Normally I would book directly through Reunion Resort website but because of availability and price I chose VRBO. I saved a lot. Saving a lot came with a price. The unit was not as clean as a unit rented from Reunion Resort directly. There were rules posted everywhere. The rules were things that a 5 year with proper rearing should know. I was on vacation but had to wash towels and wash clothes. This house is some kinda community clean assisted “Thangabob.” Oh let’s not forget that the roof was being fixed so every morning at 8 I woke up to salsa music and hammers. Renting through VRBO also deprives you from using the waterpark that my child has loved since he was 1 year old and was celebrating his 11th birthday. Apparently VBRO does include access to the water park on location and there is no way to add it. VRBO equals no water park I was told by concierge. First and last experience with this type of rental.

Family Stay

Very clean with multiple pools to use. Enjoyed those very much. Location is good for Disney/Universal. Check in and out is a breeze. My only suggestions would be that in a condo that sleeps up to 10, we need more than two rolls of toilet paper and one garbage bag per can for a week stay. Also a full size coffee maker would be good. Not deal breakers though.

Just OK

Pros: pretty clean, quiet, pools are nice, water is hot, nice location, king bed ok, but only 2 pillows and very FLAT. Kitchen is pretty updated and nice, but rest of the place is very "tired" and LR is not near as nice as the pics look online. Miller's Ale House down the rd - great place to eat. Cons: -LR furniture very outdated and uncomfortable/dirty. Old throw pillows on sofa--1 leaking feathers, other 3 used to be white furry, now gray and stinky. -Very LIMITED towels - about 1 bath & 2 washcloth per person. Only 2 laundry pods provided, so if you are only staying a week, you have to buy a whole container if you want to wash towels (in the very tiny washer.) -Lamps are super old and look like they came from a garage sale 30 years ago. Many light bulbs out everywhere. Only a Track light in bunk room & only 2 of 4 bulbs work. No nightstands there either. Definitely just for little kids to sleep there (which we had none). -Only 1 extra trash bag & 2 dishwash pods provided. There again, if you aren't staying 2 weeks or more, better bring a few from home. -2nd nite the water heater wasn't working so couldn't take showers, but property mngmt was prompt to fix it, then had nice hot water. -No Keurig---most places we stay these days have one. I drink reg & my hub drinks de-caf. Only a Coffee pot here. -No Pool towels provided-bring your own! -no salt & pepper or anything like that. -only 2 patio chairs and patio was not cleaned off -bedding sheets very cheap

Just okay for our purposes

The condo is a good size but has not been cared for. Furniture has significant stains, holes or rust and some pots/dishes were rusty (unsafe to use). The pool and surroundings are lovely but hard to find a good restaurant nearby. Grocery stores are conveniently located nearby. It was not a property we would return to.

A weekend in Kissimmee

Overall this location and property is a wonderful place for a weekend stay. The communication was a bit difficult as in the check in information was not forwarded to me in a timely manner. After calling the owner who then texted me the code to enter the unit we were able to get into the condo. Unfortunatley, it was after 5 p.m. when we checked in on Friday and the property management office was closed. Also, we were unable to obtain the bracelets required to visit the waterpark since we were guests on the property via VRBO instead of booking directly throught Wyndham so weren't able to use the waterpark facilities which was problematic for our guests with the 13 year old who was looking forward to this particular feature of the property. This unit has obviously been rented out frequently and could use some updating.
