Make memories in our 2 bed/2 bath condo & luxury memory foam sofa bed. Leave your keys on the counter & walk 15 minutes to Downtown's wine tastings, restaurants & shops. Ideal for a 'Happy' getaway! Bring Fido with a $50 pet fee PER pet (limit 2 per HOA rules).

This two bedroom, two bath ground floor condo is ideally located to explore the fall colors in Tumwater Canyon, Octoberfest in Leavenworth, and the Icicle gorge. We found everything to be clean, well laid out, and organized. It is a long walk to downtown Leavenworth and the older folks drove. It has one sheltered parking place near the condo and other unsheltered places further away. We would definitely stay here again.

Overall very nice stay. Impressed with the cleanliness. An improvement or change I think would help would be to have AC units in the bedrooms rather than the living room if I was to choose either or. We were out most the day and so didn’t need the AC then. Sleeping was uncomfortable because the rooms didn’t cool down enough even with the fans moving the air around.

The facility was clean and comfortable. The bathroom (towels, etc.) and kitchen (utensils, dishes, cookware, etc.) were well stocked. An easy walk to town. The only knock that I have is that the covered parking area is extremely tight. If another car is already parked next to the J2 spot, park in the non-covered area.

Winter wonderland!

Quick family trip to ski at Stevens pass on spend a lovely snowy day in Leavenworth. Easy walk to town. Clean and well appointed condo. Great property manger who took good care of us. Thank you.

Quick but fun trip to Leavenworth

We had a great time staying at the property. We were worried about driving and parking for our dinner reservations, and loved that it instead ended up being less than a 10 minute walk!

Leavenworth Condo

The condo was easily accessible, clean and provided good access to the town of Leavenworth. I recommend it. Four adults stayed at the condo and we had adequate space to visit and enjoy.

A wonderful place to stay in Leavenworth!

We absolutely LOVED this condo! The decor was so nicely done and the layout was perfect. The location was convenient to town, the kitchen was well stocked and the beds were very comfortable. My sister and I agree that it's one of our favorite VRBO"s we have ever rented!

We stayed just 1 night, as we had “a day in Leavenworth & rode the roller coaster. (Which is not worth $20.00 per ride. It’s about 2 mins once the ride starts. Communication with the property msg was good, quick response to questions The fold out couch bed isn’t very comfortable though.

Excellent condo

Our family had a great time at the condo. It was perfectly clean, has comfortable beds, fully stocked kitchen and very close to town. We would definitely stay there again.

Great location

Perfect for our short trip as a family and our dog. Short walking distance to downtown which was helpful to avoid traffic and parking hastle. About .8 miles each way.

Fun in the sun

This place was perfect being across the street from the adventure park which we walked to with the kids. It was a quiet complex but only three minute drive to downtown and the river. This place had everything we needed from extra towels and blankets to hot chocolate. Thanks for a wonderful memory!
