Relax at “The Treehouse”, a recently and beautifully remodeled Tahoe Vista retreat, and enjoy the Tahoe pines, mountain air, and filtered lake views. Inside you'll find a high-end kitchen, bathrooms, appliances and furnishings, without forgetting you're in the mountains. Relax in the hot tub after a day of Tahoe adventures and gaze up at the stars. The house is minutes from Lake Tahoe and Northstar California Resort.

The large dining table sits up to 10 and is perfect for gathering with friends and family over a home-cooked meal.

4 total bedrooms with a master and junior master.
Bedroom 1 - Luxury master suite with king bed, TV with Chromecast, and bathroom with large custom walk-in glass shower with dual shower heads, rain shower, and double vanity
Bedroom 2- Junior master with king bed, lovely views of the forest, and a private bath with glass shower
Bedroom 3 – King bed, smart TV with Chromecast, and wooded views
Bedroom 4 - Twin over full bunk bed, twin trundle, and 55” QLED TV with Chromecast, Blu-ray player and filtered lake views
BATHROOMS:
3 total bathrooms, 1 on main level (in master) and two on the lower level (1 the junior master and the other conveniently located off the hall)
BACKYARD:

* Soaps, lotion, trash bags, dishwasher detergent, and more provided

* Daily snow removal as needed during the winter
IMPORTANT TO NOTE:
* Absolutely no pets allowed at any time
* 12 people MAX (no more than 10 adults)
* 3 cars MAX - No exception. No street parking per county ordinance - could result in towing
* Please put trash in bear box with lids on the cans, or in the garage. Do not leave any garbage outside.
* Surveillance: Outdoor video surveillance around home perimeter and home entrances. None inside. Ring Alarm System. NoiseAware sensors may be installed on deck to monitor decibel noise levels (nothing discernible). Learn more about this system by visiting Noise Aware's website.
We expect all guests to be respectful, mature, and responsible. There is a zero tolerance policy abusive and negligent guests, loud groups, etc. If you want to squeeze 25 people into a house and party hard, this is not it. This is a tasteful, and well appointed home - please treat it as your own.
This said, we are open to mature individuals who want to party but know how to treat other people and their things with respect. NO LOUD or LATE PARTIES.
Guests agree to comply with Placer County's Vacation Home Rental ordinances and our rental agreement (emailed separately), and failing to do so, or violation of home rules in the listing, may result in egregious penalties, forfeiture of security deposit, and even eviction.
