1. Clean all used dishes and utensils and place them where they were. 2. Fridge, Microwave, Range Oven: Remove all leftover food, Empty and wipe clean.

6. Lock apartment door and the main building door. Place the keys in lockbox. 7. Send a message to host confirming you have checked-out and placed keys in lockbox.

After check-in, send a message to the host with your car registration, number make, model and confirm your check-in. Do not move any furniture around.

A $1000 late checkout fee for unapproved delayed checkout. Strictly NO-SMOKING/VAPING. $1000 penalty if smoked or vaped anywhere in building.

If keys are missing in the lockbox after check-out, or the lockbox code is changed by the guest, a $500 fee will be charged.

Short 2 day stay

Over all good. Served the purpose, there for friend and family weekend, close to campus, activities, restaurants. Easy check in and experience.

Great location, capacity to campus. Exactly what we needed to crash during an alumni weekend. A bit basic but wasn't missing anything we needed.

Convenient Location

Booked this property to stay during the eclipse as it was priced well and was in a good location. It's a short walk to the downtown area or to Lake Ontario. Easy to find street parking. We arrived to no linens or towels. Messaged the host who did respond quickly and it was eventually remedied. Having the kitchen was a big draw, but there is no place to actually do any prep, and to eat the only place to sit is the futon or a couple of chairs in the living room. Fridge is a mini one. It was functional enough to cook a meal I prepped before driving out, and to make breakfast. Overall the apartment and building are worn, and it and the furnishings could use some upkeep. It is spacious and the location is close to everything. But it doesn't offer much more than a place to sleep.
