This incredible new construction beach house is located in the premier new neighborhood on Cape San Blas. With private beach access just steps from the front door you’ll be dipping your toes in the sand in no time at all. An incredible expanse of white sand, shells and surf will welcome you as you cross over the natural dunes and sea grass on the boardwalk. We provide a large beach cart to help get all your supplies there as easy as possible.

This quaint and upscale community has an outdoor pool and pickle ball courts ready for your enjoyment! Between the Beach, Pool, Pickle Ball courts and all the activities around there isn’t a better place to experience all that Cape San Blas has to offer.
This fully furnished 5 Bedroom home is ready for you to make memories. Each Bedroom has a brand new King Bed and a Smart TV!
Just 15 minutes from Fine Dining, Restaurants, Bars and Shops of Port St. Joe you will find the incredible piece of the forgotten coast called Cape San Blas. Known for its luxurious white sand beaches, gentle surf and amazing fishing this area has something for everyone.
This entirely new home has an incredibly functional and open floor plan. As you walk through the entry you are greeted by a custom made Hall tree, perfect for slipping off those sandy shoes as you enter.
To the left you are welcomed to the large open living, dining and kitchen space. With 3 brand new power reclining couches and power in the center cushion you can spend your time relaxing after a long day at the beach. Enjoy your favorite shows on the 65" HD 4k TV with Roku streaming (1 Gig Internet)
The large kitchen Island is complimented by 4 bar stools perfect for that quick morning snack before heading out to the beach. All new Stainless steel appliances compliment the kitchen in addition to a full compliment of dishes, glass ware and cooking utensils.
Adjacent to the kitchen you will find the solid Acacia wood dining table which comfortably seats 6.
Just off the living area a small hallway leads to the 1st Floor Bathroom with custom tiled shower and full glass enclosure. Across the Hall you will find the Main floor bedroom with a brand new King Size Bed and 55" Smart Tv!
Back upstairs you will find the remaining 4 Bedrooms, All with King Beds and wall mounted 55" HD TVs!
The 2 Front facing bedrooms share access to the upper balcony with a bistro bar set. One of those bedrooms is the upstairs master with an attached En-Suite Full Bath.
The 2 Rear Facing bedrooms have an incredible view of the new community pool that is ready for use! At the top of the stairs is the other Full Bathroom with Tub and Shower Combo.
The real beauty of the area lies outside. With a brand new deck that overlooks the pool and pickleball courts you can enjoy some time outside without leaving the house. Just around the corner you will find our guest storage shed that is packed with beach toys, beach chairs, a Umardoo Sun Shade for the beach, coolers and more! After a fun day at the beach you'll be happy to see our custom Outdoor shower which is perfect for rinsing off all that sand before you head in and cool down !
You will have the whole house to yourself and will check in using the smart lock on the front door. You will have a code unique to your stay for your security.

**Our Beach House is located in a Gated community that does not allow boats to be parked within the community. Please note that if you are planning to bring a boat with you, you'll need to store it with the marina in Port St. Joe or make other arrangements as the community will not allow them.
