The place was very nice and had plenty of space. The place was clean. It was located in a great area of town, convenient for shopping and finding places to eat. The only issue we encountered was that the downstairs bathroom had some water damage on the ceiling. Otherwise, the place was comfortable.

If you're looking for a decent place to stay at a reasonable price, this place is for you. The main living areas were clean, although corners could use some help. It's comfortable and in a quiet, safe neighborhood. If you're looking for immaculate, this place is not for you. There are scuffs on the floor, paint spatters in the sink, and burn stains on the stove burners. None of these things effected our enjoyment of our weekend. We also appreciated each bedroom had a bathroom. With 4 adults, this was great! The kitchen was not supplied as well as I'd hoped. I would have liked a large bowl, and large skillet for French toast. However, we made do. Having access to the garage was another plus. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and liked having a house to retire to at the end of our busy days.

Property was clean and had most of what we needed. Host was VERY responsive. VRBO, not so much. We had trouble figuring out where to put our code to get into the property. The two phone numbers VRBO gave us were not related to VRBO at all. They were private phone numbers. Luckily, I had texted the host earlier in the week and he responded very quickly.

The AC worked well. The space in this house was perfect. 2 bedrooms upstairs and 1 downstairs. The walls need to be painted. Felt safe, parked in driveway. Beds felt very clean.

Comfy place for a stay in Kansas City

The owner made this a great place to stay. Check in was super easy and the house was clean and ready. Beds were very comfortable and we had all the things we needed in the kitchen. The location was in a residential area close to museums we wanted to visit. Nearby grocery store and walmart were a big plus.
