Details and Descriptions:

Our home has enough room for the family to spread out with 1300 sq/feet of living space. It is also well suited for the elderly with a large hallway as well as no stairs in the home.

Living Room: Relax on the comfortable sofa and side chairs. The beautiful 4K 70" TV is equipped with built-in Roku so you can ensure that you are caught on all of your favorite movies and TV shows.

Kitchen: The kitchen is stocked with utensils, pots, pans, a coffee maker, k-cup and drip coffee, spices, a top-of-the-line knife set, a quiet Bosch dishwasher, and all the top-of-the-line appliances you will need to enjoy your vacation.

Laundry Room: There is a washer and dryer with steam capiblity with laundry soap and dryer sheets available for your convenience.

Bedroom 1: The master bedroom w/spa-like ensuite has a large king-sized relaxing Casper foam bed. Top-of-the-line luxury linens. For your convenience, there is also a 49" 4K Roku TV for all your streaming needs.
Bedroom 2: The second guest bedroom has a queen-sized bed and a 40" 4K Roku TV
Bedroom 3: The third guest bedroom has been converted to an in-home office. Equipped with dual monitors, a printer, and office supplies. You will find what you need to get work completed while away.

Bathrooms: The first bathroom has a bathtub and shower, and is fully stocked with salon-grade shampoo, conditioner as well as a sent-free non-irritating body wash. Dark make-up washcloths are present for your convenience.
The master bathroom has dual shower heads, a handheld, shower light as well as heated flooring.

WiFi: Very fast High-Speed WiFi available throughout.

Backyard: Relax under the sun, or watch the kids run around the fenced-in matured backyard equipped with a gazebo and a table with seating for 4.

Parking: There is plenty of parking. You may fit two cars on the driveway. There is also street parking available in front of the house.
