Unresponsive host
The house was lovely, however the host was completely unresponsive and clueless. We had a package delivered to a mailbox in the community that we needed for work. We requested he let us know how to pick it up, and after multiple follow ups on our end he said he had no clue and then never got back to us. This resulted in a large waste of money on our end, and we never received the package we paid a lot for. We also never knew when trash day was and we had rented the home for a month. I had to follow up many times and he just said he thought it was a certain day but that he did not know. We also had to enter the community at a specific entrance and this was never communicated to us so the check-in process was terrible. The fire alarm also had low battery and needed to be replaced to stop making noise. The ceilings were high so we could not reach it ourselves. When I reached out to Hector the host, his response was, "can you reach it with a stick." He was completely unhelpful, unresponsive and knew zero answers to our questions. He also never got back to us unless we followed up MANY times. It is a shame because the house is great, but the host knew nothing and we will not be renting here again. We spent a lot of money for the home and the least he could do is respond to our simple questions.
