Property available for long term stays! Majestic view of the mountains and sunset overlooking the eighth fairway of the Arnold Palmer course in PGA West. Your La Quinta getaway awaits at this welcoming 3-bedroom condo.

Dine on the back patio with the 8th fairway of the Palmer course, and mountains for your view. The patio includes a gas barbecue and lovely gas fire pit. It’s also a short walk to the community pool less than 60 yards away.

The open living room is spacious, with a lovely dining area for your enjoyment.

Full amenities like WiFi, Cable TV, Laundry Room. With 3 full bathrooms equipped with hair dryers and showers, your comfort is our priority.

The third bedroom doubles as a den—perfect for relaxing, watching movies/sports, or reading.

Owner pays all utilities up to $300/month. Tenant responsible for any utilities overages. Tenants, and their guests must also abide by PGA WEST HOA regulations, and will be responsible for any fines/penalties for any violations.

Emil was a great host - he was very responsive and helpful to us in our first VRBO stay. The property is in a great location, very safe and on the 8th hole of the Palmer Private Course. During our stay, we were able to play 5 of the PGA West courses (all within 10m) and attend the American Express property. The bedrooms are large and well-furnished and there are bikes, tennis rackets and a great library of books all on-site.

A Relaxing & Peaceful Stay at PGA West

Overall, a great experience for a long term vacation (2 months)Checkin - A quick and simple check in process with excellent communications when needed.Location - You will need a car to get around the area, i.e. Groceries, shopping etc (La Quinta is a 7 min drive away)Property - The property is well kept and maintained. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you would want and need. The beds are very comfortable and the linens are high quality. TV's are large, WIFI is good and the living area is comfortable.Patio area at the rear of the property has fantastic sunset views, with a high top table, 4 chairs and a fire table and 4 chairs for evening dinner and cocktails.Area - Lots of community pools for you to use with WIFI available. The area is generally very quiet, with an older demographic. It is golf centric, so if you like golf, this is the best place to be.We would highly recommend this property for your stay in the La Quinta area.
