The deck is a few steps down from the dining room and has a large outdoor sofa, dining table, umbrella, gas barbecue, charcoal barbecue, propane outdoor heater, and sand wash area which is also accessible through the side gate from the front yard. Downstairs from the main living area you'll find the bonus room with the flexible sleeping accommodations (queen bed and 2 twin roll-always) and one of the full bathrooms, this one has a tub/shower combo. Great spot to put older kids or teens, or utilize as another pseudo primary bedroom suite, this room does not have a clothes' closet. The 2-car parking garage with wine fridge is also located on this level. Going upstairs from the main living level we have all 4 bedrooms, each with its own unique theme and décor.
