Private retreat in the heart of Midland enjoy this entire home with complete privacy and plenty of parking for your family or coworkers . Should you only need the main house ask for a discount. All rooms have Televisions with WiFi and smart apps. Fully equipped kitchen and indoor dining for 14. The casita out back features 4 bedrooms with a half bath and kitchenette . Outdoor dining and grilling available with plenty of seating and putting green near the two fire pits There is also a bonus man cave in the back of the home that features a pool table with two large tables for seating, and a spare for refrigerator

Steven was quick to respond to my questions and very kind. The house was large enough for my whole family as we came to Midland for a reunion. The kids enjoyed the basketball court and pool table and the dining table was big enough to get all of my grands while we visited and ate breakfast

Wonderful house, great host. The detached guest rooms and game room, have plenty of sleeping spots for guests. The pool area is well maintained, we had a wonderful time. The only downside - one of the bunkhouses had no bathroom, guests must walk back to main house for bath/shower. Would stay again, our family had a lovely stay.

Great Place

We had a wonderful stay! The property was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect, and the host was responsive and easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again — highly recommend!

A Great Stay.

This was a great stay for us! The property was well kept and maintained, and communication with the host was great. There was a leaky toilet when we arrived, and the host had a plumber come over ASAP to fix it. Would stay again.

AMAZING property!!! We loved it

We celebrated my daughter’s confirmation and mother day with family and friends , we had an amazing time!! Loved everything about it.. I will most definitely rent this place again.

Very nice house with lots of room! The pool was very nice and roomy. Big yard for the kids to run around and play volleyball & toss the football Lots of seating outside & nice fireplaces Game room & pool table were nice to keep the adults entertained We hope to return this summer and spend a weekend to relax and enjoy this spacious relaxing home Definitely recommend, & Stephen was easy to communicate with and quick at responding 10/10

Amazing property

The property was an amazing stay. The pictures are accurate, but definitely don’t give it Justice. It’s much bigger in person, and plenty of room. I had a big family gathering and everyone enjoyed it! The host was very attentive, and very helpful with everything. Fast response throughout the stay, would definitely recommend!

Great meeting place!

The house is a great meeting place for a large family. The courtyard was great for the kids because it’s completely fenced in. They enjoyed making s’mores in the fire pit. The only reason I gave it four stars is because the guest house does not have a full bathroom and the house is a little rundown. Other than that, Our family enjoyed our stay.

Family Wedding

My grandchildren thought this was great! The house is spacious and we had opportunity for spreading out and gathering close also. The weather didn’t allow for us to use the pool or other outside amenities, but the courtyard was a nice feature. There were nice fluffy towels provided as well as Essentials like shampoo/conditioner, Q-tips,dental picks etc. the only draw back was the busyness of the street noise. I brought a sound machine, but if you are a light sleeper, this may not be the property for you. Overall it was a good place to stay for a family wedding..

Amazing spot for a graduation party

Absolutely loved the property! The property manager was great, they were even willing to move us to another property because of the rain. So thoughtful! The property is perfect for a large family with plenty of room to accommodate everyone. Will definitely keep it in mind for future family gatherings. The pool was a big hit with me he kids

Surpisingly pleasant

This house/property will surprise anyone, when you first pull in to the front, you can't see much. As you enter the house and start exploring, you get hit with the surprise that there's alot more to it than meets the eye from looking at the front. The setup that this house has from the house to the pool, then to the back rooms, is unique. Everyone loved how they make use of all available space. Simply put, beautiful home!!

The House is Beautiful! Thd Host Steven would respond quickly and very Helpful to everything i needed. I had a accident with a window being broken Steven was very understanding and helpful to the situation. Great place to stay if you are having a large gathering!

This place was fantastic! Big, with plenty of beds and bedrooms. Great for entertaining or having an event. Fireplace and fire pit were great and even supplied the logs and kindling. The owner was very quick to respond to questions and check in was very smooth and easy. If I have to nit-pick a negative, it would be the kitchen chairs that had arms falling off, and the outside patio table chairs in which several seemed very unsturdy. Easy fix of bring your own though! Great supply of towels for showering, and all other essential needs! Highly recommend!!!!

Great Space. Needs some TLC

The place was great for the size of our family. However, the place was not very clean when we arrived. there was old food in the fridge and cabinets. Outdoor spaces had trash, cigarette butts, and beer cans left on the ground. The indoor carpet needs to be replaced. The host was gracious enough to refund the cleaning fee.
