Great kitchen with plenty of room and everything you need. We enjoyed our downtime, relaxing in the living room. The air conditioners were working great. We had no issues on our stay. The bed in the master was a bit soft for my taste, but it was still comfortable. The home is older but in good shape. We were able to contact the owner who checked with their management company and we were able to check in a bit early, which helped us out greatly. The owner provided beach chairs and there were also beach towels which we used on our stay. The towels were nice in the bathroom. There is a barbecue grill, although we did not use it. The sitting area on the front porch was nice to have your morning coffee and watch the happenings of the community. The community is a great place to walk. And if you go to the end, there’s a public area where you can catch a beautiful sunset. The amenities at venture out are a bit dated, but they are adequate. They definitely have a lot of rules!!I felt that the 125 fee that the community charges was a bit steep. It would be nice if they let you pay less if you don’t have a boat or if staying less than a week (as we did). We did use the laundry facilities and paid using the ShinePay app. The homeowner has no control over the fee, I just wanted to mention our experience.
