Nestled downtown in the chic Zona Rosa condo complex. San Cristobal (unit 74) is a2BR/2BA unit with a southwestern flair for agetaway in an unbeatable locale. This ground-level unit is located just a few blocks from the famous Plaza and trendy Railyard District.
The unit has a well-appointed kitchen, private courtyard and luxurious all-suite layout. Have a lovely stroll to world-class eateries, galleries and entertainment venues, then cozy up for a nightcap by your charming wood-burning fireplace.
***Please note if travelling with a larger group, consider renting additional adjacent or one of theother 8units at the complex - all units are now managed and maintained in-house with limited on-site staff,not through an off-sitemanagement company.

LIVING AREA
Make yourself at home in the welcoming living area, detailed with a queen-size sleeper sofa, 50" smart (Roku) TV,with local channels and a wood-burning fireplace. The complimentary firewood is seasonal (Oct to Apr). The chimney flues are open during that timeand closed after the season.
KITCHEN & DINING
Whip up delicious dishes in the full kitchen, configured with gleaming granite counter tops and stainless-steel appliances. We have a nice herb garden in the courtyard during the summer, in case you want an extra touch to your dish.
Of course, you can enjoy your appetizers at the bar, with seating for three, then sit down to a home-cooked meal at the table or dine alfresco on the lovely patio.
BED & BATH
The ground-level villa sleeps six guests between the two suites and the sleeper sofa.
Both suites have a lovely king bed and 43" smart TVs. The en-suite in the guest bath has a walk-in shower, while the master en-suite has a shower tub/combination. Both showers have european style faucets that sets the temperature based on your liking.

PATIO AREA
Step outside to your private gated patio and enjoy the day!
EXTRA AMENITIES & MORE DETAILS
Complimentary Wi-Fi, local TV channels, ROKU streaming, firewood (seasonal), coffee and a shared on-site laundry facility with an ice machine are provided free of charge.
Electric car chargers (complimentary) for both a Tesla and other universal electricvehicles is provided in the covered parking area.
Each unit has one unassigned parking space.
This is a dog friendly unit for no more than 2 dogs, weighing under 60 lbs. each
You must be 21 years or older to rent this property.
LOCATION
We are tucked away in downtown Santa Fe. The Santa Fe Opera and Meow Wolf are about a 10-minute drive and Ski Sana Fe is 16 miles from the complex.

This location was very adequate for our needs. It is close to all the shopping and restaurants downtown. Everything we needed for a comfortable stay was supplied--enough dishes/supplies to be able to eat breakfast there daily. Very clean and comfortable property. The layout of the rooms provided privacy for two couples. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a great family stay

We took the kids skiing for two days and both nights we were there we walked to nice family restaurants. It was a great place.

Almost perfect!

It really was a perfectly lovely stay. I wish the unit we stayed in had rugs or something to help with sound bc you can hear everything throughout the whole place, even when trying to be very quiet. Everything else was perfect…especially location!

Fantastic place!

My husband and I stayed at Zona Rosa for two nights in a wonderful two bed apartment with our two dogs! Was super clean, super quiet, had a wonderful fireplace, the bedrooms were a good size and comfy! They even had a doggy bed and bowls for food and water! The grounds were nice and clean!

Great location, lovely landscaping, great beds and bedding, very clean, and nice amenities. I would give it a five if it weren’t for these exceptions: Wi-Fi is slow if functional (there is a number to call if problems with the Wi-Fi, but who wants to spend their vacation doing that?); and the lighting in the kitchen/living areas. This home is dark, but would be enhanced with warm lighting, upgraded kitchen lighting, and a few more lamps in the living room. We may stay here again because of the location.

Perfect home base for exploring Santa Fe

Santa Fe was great!

Well kept unit, perfect for two couples and our dog. Two king size beds with private bathrooms. A short block walk and you’re in beautiful downtown Santa Fe. Our first visit to New Mexico, we were extremely impressed.

Condo very comfortable. Especially enjoyed many excellent restaurants within a block to block and half. Milles, French Creperie for breakfast, and Pranzo, traditional Italian for dinner both exceptional.

Clean property, excellent location, quiet unit, great a/c, secure with lock on courtyard and entry to unit, coffee and creamer provided as well as toiletries in baths. Kitchen had plenty of dishes, utensils and cooking tools/pans/knives. Bedrooms and en suite baths on opposite ends of units for privacy. Only drawback was terrible WiFi. Also add time to departure to strip all the beds, gather all towels, start the dishwasher and take out all your trash to back of property, even though you pay a cleaning fee. We always do that when staying with friends but have never been asked when paying 606/night. We would stay again even though the housekeeping was a turn-off.
