Newly renovated with open concept and cream white paint throughout the house. This charming three bedroom, two bath home with plenty of space for games and fun! This is the perfect vacation home for relaxing with family and friends. Only a 5 minutes to 30A, 15 minutes Frank Brown Park, and 15 minutes to Pier Park for your shopping needs and more. The nearest beach access 86, 87, and 88 is few minutes golf cart ride or drive to the beach. This home includes all brand new furniture, appliances, linens, and new floors. Swim all day and lounge all night! Enjoy the most beautiful beaches of west Panama City! we do accept longer stays

Relaxing Stay

Check-in was a breeze. Charles' home was very inviting and clean and very spacious. Close to the beach and stores. Golf Cart rental helped my family of 8 get around smoothly. Will definitely be back here again. Charles was very prompt to the minor issue we had insuring our stay was as comfortable as possible. Very Quiet Neighborhood.

The place was perfect and exactly what we needed. We were mostly at the house at night to sleep

The beds were so comfortable. Everything was perfect. Our our host Charles was very efficient. Any questions we asked. He got right back to us. It was all good and perfect.

Another amazing trip for our family. The home is warm and inviting. We had everything we needed to stay for two weeks. The back yard is perfect for our dog and the patio is great for coffee in the morning. The location is very close to 30a and to Pier Park. Airport is also only 20 minutes away. We have stayed for three years and have already made plans to book for next year!

Wonderful Trip to the Beach

Our family stayed for 10 days and we had a great time…..no one was ready to come home! The house is wonderfully convenient and comfortable. The dogs loved the yard and it was so nice to have them with us. Charles was available and helpful and we would stay here again. A+

My Favorite Vacation Rental

The house was everything advertised. By far the best kitchen setup I have ever had in a vacation rental. The space was perfect especially the fenced in yard for my 3 year old granddaughter to play safely. The garage gym was amazing. Loved not having to haul weights on vacation. Beautiful neighborhood. I will want to stay here every beach trip.

Worst experience ever with VRBO

The property owner was and is a very incompetent and rude person. We took pictures as we were checking in. Upon doing so we noted a dirty house, linens on all beds needing washed, torn up house hold items, no trash bags or starter supplies, no internet, lottle to no communication with the property manager/owner,

Nice, comfy and colorful, 3 bed, 2 bath for my parents, brother, his son, my boyfriend, my two spoiled furry friends and I! Had everything needed for our stay. Felt like a home away from home. Great location west of PCB in Sunny side. Love the fact he had a mini gym in the garage (as I have recently started my nutrition and fitness love) and a golf cart to take us to the beach. We enjoyed sitting on his back patio chilling and grilling. Also loved that his backyard was fenced in!! Very responsive host when I messaged prior to our trip as his emails went in my junk email. Hate that he is selling it, as I would rent again in the future! Thank you, Charles!

Family Vacation

Family really enjoyed the cozy feeling and security this house gives. House offered golf cart to move around which is a plus. Some details to work on that would make it perfect but overall it was good.

Quick Family Trip

Clean, well kept house in great, quiet neighborhood!

We stayed at Charles’ home for the entire month of March. I was delighted to walk into a home that was even better than the pictures! The King mattress was SO comfortable I had to ask where he got it. Water pressure and temp in showers was perfect. And he has it nicely furnished with grill, dishes, pots and pans. Convenient to beach (walkable). Delicious Sunnyside restaurant within walking distance. Charles was super helpful with restaurant and beach tips. Would definitely stay here again!
