Guest access:
Max 4 cars allowed to park on the driveway.
Keypad located on front door.
Access code given 24 hours prior to arrival.
Guest pass required to use swimming pool (open from Memorial Day to Labor Day); tennis, basketball courts and beaches. Available upon request, have to be picked up in HOA office located at 1195 Apache Ln Nekoosa, WI 54457
open M-F 8-4 or S 8-12.
