Located perfectly in the heart of Catonsville with local restaurants/bars, & livebands in Catonsville downtown/Frederick road. 3 miles to historic Ellicott downtown. Close to route 40 & Safeway/Walgreen/Starbucks/Chick Fill-A/Walmart/Car-rentals & more! Access to Freeway is easy (695 and I-95) is round the corner & BWI airport is 13 mins. Easy commute to Downtown Baltimore, Johns Hopkins, and UMBC. Washington DC is 35 miles & Marc train station is just 5 miles with regular trains to the DC Union Station! Plenty of parking on site. We just needed a nice place to stay overnight for my son's baseball tournament in the area. The location was convenient, and the house was comfortable. The host was accomodating.

We came in town for a funeral. Being originally from the area, we were less than 1 mile from local family which helped a lot. The house was clean and very inviting. Beds slept well and we had access to everything we needed. The host was very communicative and inviting.We will use again next time we are in town.Thank you for your hospitality!!

Yangchen was very responsive and helpful to us. Location was convenient to the various venues we were in town for this weekend. The house was spacious, parking for multiple vehicles. Would stay again if opportunity arises.

Great stay

Property was exactly as advertised, we had a microwave issue and contacted the host, the reply was quick and helpful. They provided towels and bed sheets, toilet paper and plates and utensils. Much more then we expected, and the place was decorated nicely.

The house was clean and comfortable.Lighting, heat, appliances all worked well. Basic dish ware, cookware and a few condiments available. Cleaning supplies, soap, napkins, paper towels, Saran Wrap and toilet paper supplied by host which was convenientBeds were comfortable. Pillows were clean and comfortable. Minimal furniture in bedrooms upstairsLiving room comfortable the house is older so a bit drafty, but extra blankets provided The bedroom on main floor was cold- but a heating blanket and portable heater were in that room. It is on a busy street close to highway so there is some traffic noise. Plenty of parking and convenient location Did note some water damage in an upstairs bedroom - if you are sensitive to mold/ water damage, you will want to see if this has been addressed Overall convenient and comfortable.

Great location and a comfortable stay!

This house was cool and comfortable, clean and well maintained, with space for our team to spread out between events at UMBC. (room that is described for 3 can only sleep 2, and there is no queen room with a futon) but the futon chair in the living room worked fine. We made good use of the kitchen during our stay and were grateful for the washer/dryer in the basement! I wish the yard had been mowed and included an outdoor table to enjoy the fine weather we had, but overall a welcoming stay and a place we'd be happy to return to.

Two families stayed for a lacrosse tournament held at Blandair Park. The location was convenient, the house was very clean, and we liked how it was 3-5 minutes from a quaint downtown that had several great restaurants.

So clean!

We loved staying here. It looks to be recently renovated. It was so clean and had everything we needed for my family (me, husband, nanny, 3 kids). It is conveniently located by the interstate too so we could easily visit our extended family around Maryland. I definitely recommend.

Close, clean base camp

We LOVE the small town feel of Catonsville. The State Fare Restaurant was incredible! Opie’s is great for ice cream and snowballs! The house is right off of the freeway so it made it super easy for us to get on the road for our tours in DC, Baltimore, Annapolis and Gettysburg. Check in and out was super easy and the host is very easy to communicate with. We are looking forward to out next MD trip!

Perfect Location

We were looking for a rental close to Fells Point, Inner Harbor and M&T Bank stadium, for a girls weekend that included a concert at the stadium, and this was an exceptionally convenient location. It was also a very spacious and beautiful house, and best of all included a substantial amount of off-street parking. The host was also very helpful and answered any questions quickly. We would recommend this location and hope to return!

Family Getaway

The house was AMAZING! My siblings and I live in jersey and our family had a reunion in Maryland and came across this beautiful comfortable spacious home! It was very clean from the rooms to the bedding. Oh lets not forget the parking space.. a lot of room! The house was close to our events and only a few minutes away from a walmart convent store and a gas station. If you love pizza a papa john is next door. The host was very nice and timely with a response. My family and I had a ball and look forward to booking with this host again.

Ideal location for sports events

We were in town for a lacrosse tournament and camp and found this location to be a perfect spot for each access to the interstate as well as local restaurants and grocery stores for our weeklong stay. The property is as described and we loved the fact that the kitchen was spacious with a large fridge, coffee maker, large trash and recycling bin, and a little table within the kitchen for a quick spot for breakfast. An added perk was the fact that there are two washing machines and 2 dryers which helped in getting dirty sports attire cleaned quickly with multiple loads at once. The house had everything we needed, but could make recommendations for some added touches like Kleenex boxes and mini trash cans in each room, a refresh on the sheets and towels, and maybe a deep clean of the carpets as they are quite stained. Should our travels take us back to Catonsville, we will definitely consider this property again. The owner was very gracious and kind.

Grandparent duty.

This property fit our family's needs perfectly. Our daughter and son-in-law were in a wedding at a venue less than ten minutes away. My husband and I were responsible for caring for our 14 month old granddaughter while they were busy with wedding festivities. It was nice to relax and play with our granddaughter in a very spacious home.

Shorthorn Jr Nationals

I would recommend this property to anyone visiting the area. The location is excellent, very easy to get to, right off highway and in safe area. Everything we visited was within 30 min drive of the house. We had 9 family members (6 adults and 3 kids 13-18 yrs old) and had enough beds for everyone, with exception of one person slept on sofa. But it's a large and long sofa, so sleeps comfortably. The host was excellent also. Had to contact them with a couple questions and they responded back immediately. The were very helpful and pleasant to deal with. It was a very nice experience.
