Clean, modern, golf course home w/ incredible mtn views, close to hike/golf/ski.

This newly remodeled and beautifully designed home is located at the mouth of American Fork Canyon in Cedar Hills. Guests will enjoy incredible, unobstructed mountain and golf course views, as it is on the 11th hole of the Cedar Hills Golf Course. Minutes away from hiking, biking, and cave tours up American Fork Canyon. Sundance resort is 30 minutes away and within an hour of 7 other ski resorts.
The home is 2 stories.
Main Floor includes a 2 car garage, Living Room with 2-story windows that capture the mountain and canyon views and fireplace, which is open to the well stocked kitchen, separate dining room that seats 6-8, and a game room with foosball table.
Upstairs includes a master bedroom with King sized bed and ensuite bath with jetted tub and shower, and a walk in closet. In the seating alcove of the bedroom is a twin daybed with a pull out trundle.
There is a bunkroom with 2 triple bunks that sleeps 6. This room includes a nintendo system.
The third bedroom has a queen bed and shares a full bath with the bunk room.
This house is located at the mouth of the canyon which means stunning views, but also canyon winds at night. We have fans and noise machines in all rooms for this purpose.
As hosts, we are dedicated to go above and beyond for you! We personally oversee the cleaning and maintenance of this property and have the highest expectations. There is a 3 night minimum for booking this property.

The property has a very helpful and responsive host. We found the property to be comfortable with gorgeous views of the mountains and golf course. The kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed, as were the bathrooms. The temperature was comfortable and there were many options if someone were to get hot, as we visited in the Summer. Lovely neighborhood with friendly people. We would definitely stay here again!

The house was modern, immaculate and beautiful. It looked even better in person! The whole house was fully stocked from the kitchen to the laundry room to the bathroom. The owners seem to have thought of everything that their guest may need. The neighborhood is quiet and continently located to where we had to go. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you we loved your home!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Amy’s beautiful home in Cedar Hills. From the moment we arrived, we were so impressed by how lovely the house was — it’s even better in person than the photos! The entire home was spotlessly clean, beautifully presented and incredibly well looked after. Everything felt fresh, comfortable and welcoming, and it was clear that a lot of care and attention has gone into making the house a fantastic place for guests to stay. The home itself is stunning, with plenty of space and everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Cedar Hills is also such a beautiful area, and the location made our stay even more special.Amy was a fantastic host and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. We genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would happily return in the future. We would 100% recommend Amy’s home to anyone visiting the area. An amazing property, beautifully clean, in a gorgeous location — definitely a five-star stay!
