Lodging and location were fine. Some confusion on exactly where the entrance was which was compunded due to arriving after dark. While the directions were accurate, being told to drive across the lawn was counter intuitive and led to initially parking in the wrong spot. Entering thru the french doors and combination lock went fine. Suggest throwing a tarp over the motorcycle being repaired in the front room. I work on cars and bicycles alot so it didn’t bother me, but others may have been taken back by it. I would stay there again.

Served its Purpose

Stayed for a football weekend there was 4 adults. Bedrooms and bathroom were clean . You are in the basement of someone’s house you can hear them at time talking but we had our own private entrance actually never saw the owners . Pictures are as shown no large fridge only a dorm size fridge made it tough to prepare for tailgating foods . We only used the place as somewhere to sleep. Owner was very quick with a response. I wish they had a mirror in the one bedroom since we were sharing a bathroom with another couple made it challenging to try to get ready with no mirror in bedroom . Overall would stay here again if price was right

Great Hosts! Clean, Spacious, Convenient

Perfect for our football weekend visit. The finished lower level space was clean and comfortable. Comfortable living space with spacious bedrooms and bathroom. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. We would stay here again.

Great for football weekend

The space was clean and the owners were lovely. The communication was great. The place is about 15 minutes from Beaver Stadium.

dimly light basement room & animal hair on the floors.....

for the amount, one would have expected at least some windows to see out! where the pet hair came from? we discovered this on tidying up the room before leaving..... we did not have a pet along.

Great hosing for game day!

Tenille’s property was perfect for a game day visit! We were planning on being out most of the weekend so this property was a perfect place to lay our heads at night! It’s also really close to campus (15-20 min) so it was really easy getting back and forth. Will definitely be renting for a game next year!

I am not exaggerating when I say this was the best stay of my life! So clean, the people are so nice, it's so cozy, they thought of everything they have toiletries and snacks and towels all ready, the beds are so comfortable even the shower is awesome. BEST STAY OF MY LIFE

Stayed in this basement apt. during Penn State Family Weekend. Clean, comfy, cozy. Beds were comfortable. Short drive to Penn State. Reasonable rates. Little goodies like complementary bottled water and small muffins were a plus. Host is very hospitable and accommodating.
