Waterfront Island Escape with Private Plunge Pool

Come and relax in your own private plunge pool that overlooks a turquoise canal on the beautiful Duck Key. The outdoor living space is quiet and serene, making it a perfect place to unwind. Families and honeymooners alike can enjoy this island oasis.

Centrally located at Mile Marker 61, Duck Key is just a short drive to Key West. Explore everything the Florida Keys have to offer or stay locally to enjoy world-renowned restaurants, fishing, snorkeling, and diving. The opportunities are endless.

With ample space to sleep 6, this 2 bedroom 2.5 bath villa is the ideal retreat for families, couples, adventurers, and those that are looking to experience the spirit of the Florida Keys.

The property has 2 bedrooms each with a full private bath. The master bedroom has a queen bed and the second bedroom has 2 twin beds. An upstairs veranda sits off of the twin bedroom. A sleeper sofa is available in the living room downstairs where a half bath is present.

The kitchen is fully equipped for all of your culinary needs.

A washer and dryer are located on the first floor of the villa. All of your bath and laundering needs are provided.

1000 Mbps high-speed Xfinity internet is available. With the Xfinity service, free HBO is included. The entire unit is smart-home integrated with Nest products including Chromecast, allowing you to stream all of your favorite services.

Nest smart speakers are located throughout the villa with unlimited access to YouTube music offering uninterrupted entertainment.

The downstairs patio overlooks the canal behind the villa and is equipped with a plunge pool that has a heating option.

For the beachgoer: Beach towels, beach chairs, a cooler, and a beach bag are available for use.
For the fisherman: Fishing poles and light tackle are available for use.

The villa is privately owned and not affiliated with Hawks Cay Resort. Hawks Cay Resort amenities and resort pools are unavailable to guests. The resort restaurants Angler & Ale and Sixty-One Prime are open to the public. Hawks Cay Marina and Sole Watersports have fishing charters and watersport activities available to the public. Calm Waters Spa and The Dolphin Connection are open for guests to use as well.

The villa comes with two parking spaces directly in front of the unit.

Boat and trailer parking are available on the property but have to be reserved separately through Hawks Cay Resort reservation department. A boat launch is also available on the resort property but has to be arranged independently through Hawks Cay Resort. Boat slips on the resort property can be rented separately through Hawks Cay Resort while staying at the villa. Duck Key Marina and Grassy Key Marina are also very close to the property and offer boat slip rentals, boat and trailer storage, and boat launches.

We had a great stay at this house. It was exactly as described on the VRBO site and check in was very straightforward. The house itself was nice and clean, well equipped and in a good location where we wanted to be in the middle of the Keys.

Great location

We really enjoyed staying at this property. Its location was ideal for our family’s trip to the Keys. We enjoyed all the small touches throughout that made it special. Our favorite area was the patio and pool. We are hoping to come back soon!

Great place.....

Well furnished, equipped condo with everything you could need for meal preparation. Location was great in a very nice community. Even had fishing poles, beach chairs, coolers, etc. Owner was incredibly responsive, would definitely stay here again and recommend.

Great Waterfront Townhouse

This property is exceptional! The decor is adorable, comfy beds and everything we needed. The neighborhood is quiet and relaxing. Great for walks. Woke up everyday to have coffee and view of the canal from the private patio. Highly recommend!

Great little condo

We came to the keys for 3 nights. This condo made a great spot to come back to and sleep. It’s very small but worked good for our needs as we didn’t spend any time there except to sleep and shower. It’s very clean and well decorated. Everything works as it should. Would stay again if back in the area.

Most welcoming

Every thing in this condo is there for a reason. It’s very welcoming, from the extra blanket and pillows, snacks, coffee, tea. It’s very comfortable. The small hut tub is a big hit since there is no access to the main pool in the resort. And it pitch perfect decorative. Every item is matching with taste. Colors on the walls and doors, towels, bedding, decoration.
