****People not listed in the reservation are NOT allowed in the property. If so, you will be asked to leave the property (keep in mind, we do have 3 ring camaras around the entry of the house) *** no exceptions

Any additional Guest not listed on the reservation need to be approved prior to your arrival. and it will be $50.00 per guest per day, per night.

Check out time is at 10am (sorry no late check outs)
our cleaning team has to clean for our same day check in guest

1 Small-to-Midsize Vehicle Parking Space is reserved in the garage driveway the garage is not part of your rental. We use it as storage.
Street Parking is available for additional cars or large vehicle.
Please make sure to read the street signs, otherwise you will be cited.

This home has a Full Kitchen: Refrigerator, Stove, Sink, Microwave, Coffee Pot, Tea pot, Cooking Ware, Plates, Cups, Utensils, Dish soap, Hand Soap, 1 roll of paper towels, cooking oil, Salt, Sugar, Coffee, Tea & The basic cooking spices

Bathrooms Have towels to shower, Shampoo, Body Wash, hair dryers, 2 toilet rolls & 2 trash bags to get you started. you will need to supply your own after that

Livingroom has T.V, WIFi ,No cable, however, there are streaming services
available. Guest can log in to their streaming accounts,
work area with desk, chairs, lamp & cell phone charger, board games & kids table
NOTE: THE INDOOR FIREPLACE IS NOT OPERATIONAL, ONLY FOR DECORATION

Back Yard provides Fire pit with chairs, 2 hammocks, table to eat and chairs and BBQ grill (please if use it needs to be away from the house and away from the wall do not move from where it's located for your safety and ours)(IT IS SELF CLEAN IF YOU USE IT. if not clean when done using, there will be an extra fee for it) side door is for service only it is always locked.

-Check-in is 4PM
-Check-out is 10AM
-You can check-in any time after 4pm and as Late as you Want, you will have an Access Pin Code to enter.
-Early check-in depends on if the Home is Cleaned Early Enough, you can ask if it is available to check-in early the day before you arrive, and we will confirm.
-No Late Check-out as we have to Clean the Home for same day Guests.
-The Deposit is Not Charged. The Deposit is in case there is Damage to the home, but it is Not charged to your total at all.
-The Cleaning fee will automatically be applied into the Total amount that you see upon booking.
-We will send you All Information and Address Prior to your Arrival
-In order to make the reservation you must pay in full, there are no other options. -Yes, you can pay "tomorrow" or "next week", but it is likely someone else will book it before you as this home is booked 95% of the time. -If you are looking for directions or locations it is best to look up "Trip Advisor" for things to do in the Area and "Yelp" for Restaurants. (FREE Apps on your phone)
