Guests have access to the entire home.
We are pet friendly with a $75 fee per pet (passthrough to cleaners). First pet is billed with the booking reservation, each additional pet is billed $75 upon check in.
Guests will have access to the entire house and back yard!

Emerald Lakes is an amazing Poconos community. Surrounded by lakes and parks and some of the best attractions in the Poconos like Camel Back Mountain, Kalahari Water resort, Pocono Speedway and may more.
There's room for 4 cars in the driveway.
Pets: Pets are allowed but there is a fee of $75. per pet which will be applied after booking. Guests will be held responsible for any and all damage done by pets during their stay.
-Guests are required to pick up dog waste into a waste bag. Guests are responsible to wipe down the dog & dog feet when entering the house and keep the dogs off the furniture.
-Guests are required to have pets trained to go outside vs. using pee pads indoors.
- No loud music after 10pm or before 8am as we are courteous to our
neighbors. House has a noise monitor which will send notification when sound level is at 80 decibels.
- No events, parties, or large gatherings
- Parking is limited to the driveway only.
- Self check in with a smart lock. Code to be issued by hosts the day of
check-in
- Absolutely no smoking or drugs of any kind. If discovered will result in an additional fee.
- Absolutely no fireworks. (You will be fined for any fireworks!) $500 is the firework fine by our HOA.
- Absolutely NO confetti or glitter. If discovered will result in an additional cleaning fee.
- No taping items to the walls or ceilings.
Propane Tanks:
- Host provides propane tanks for the BBQ grill and gas fire pit. Guest’s are
responsible to refill the propane tanks if required. Refills are available at
the nearby Tractor Supply Co, Rite Aid, Lowe's or Walmart. Please ensure
propane valves are turned off after use of grill or fire pit.
Charcoal Grill:
- Host provides a charcoal BBQ grill. Guest’s are responsible for charcoal if
required. Charcoal is available it at the nearby Tractor Supply Co, Lowe's or
Walmart
- Please pick up any trash outside the home from your stay.
- Do not take any indoor furniture outside
Septic System:
- Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilet. No
feminine products, napkins, rags, etc. should be flushed at any time. Please
no food down the sink drain.
-Community Pool and Lake Passes:
Guests are required to purchases passes for all renters 6 years and up from the HOA offices in order to use the community facilities.

Disclaimer:
- Homeowner and the business are not responsible for any accidents,
injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises, this includes children,
pets, and while using the amenities on the property. The Homeowner is not
responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guests.
By accepting this reservation, I also agree to indemnify and hold harmless
the homeowner and the business from any claims, or lawsuits that may
arise from the use of the premise.
Disclaimer:
- Bunk Beds: Two rooms provide bunk beds each with a trundle bed. By
booking the property guests agree to: 1) The use of the bunk bed is at the
guests own risk, 2) The property owner or property manager assumes no
responsibility for personal loss, injury, or illness of any kind which may result
from the use of the bunk bed and ladder
-Early/Late Check-out: We have a fee of $20/hr for early/ late check-out. We will always do our best to accommodate but typically cannot confirm until the prior day.
