Take a walk to the tavern for lakeside dining and live music (Th, F, S) or head less than two miles up the road to shop and dine in Lake Harmony. There will be no shortage of things to do, as you'll also have access to Big Boulder Lake Club amenities like lake access, pools, and a tennis and volleyball court.

Spread out over two floors, this family-friendly retreat boasts a well-equipped, full kitchen with stainless steel appliances as well as bonus appliances like a slow cooker and electric griddle. Counter seating is available, as well as an adjacent dining table and chairs for mealtimes or rainy day board games, and a very inviting living area with a vaulted ceiling and skylight that creates a bright and spacious atmosphere. Guests can also enjoy their own cozy haven with a leather sectional couch, electric fireplace, and a smart TV (one of four in this home) for streaming your favorite channels. Enjoy a little friendly competition with on the Wii console. The great room and each bedroom of the unit are supported by independent, individually controlled mini-split systems allowing maximum comfort regardless of weather.

Additional features at this home include a gas grill to help you add a little spice to your home-cooked menu and a washer/dryer to keep your laundry under control during your stay.

THINGS TO KNOW
There are two free access passes to Big Boulder Lake Club. If you need more than four passes, day passes can be purchased for $25/per day. To use the passes, tell the front desk of the club where you are staying

Please note: Blue Heron is a fire free and noise controlled community making it a peaceful place to relax and enjoy the natural surroundings. Fireworks, open flames of any kind and loud, disruptive behavior are not tolerated by the community and are subject to fines.

Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
