This fully equipped vacation property is located just minutes from Jobos Beach and offers air conditioning, WiFi, and an inverter including in the living room. The house is located in a secure and private area and features brand new amenities, including parking for up to 8 cars. If you need dates that are not available in this listing, please send us a message as we have 6 additional properties in Isabela that may be able to accommodate you. We have installed a 600-gallon water tank with an automatic motor to ensure that you have a reliable water supply during your stay. This is a priority for you if you are considering other properties as it is not something that is common among vacation rentals. If your flight arrives in the morning, you will have 24-hour access to the property and there will always be someone to coordinate the key delivery. Two days before your arrival, we will call you and send you a message with the full address and a map to help you find your way to the property. We will also send you a photo of where the security box is located and the access code for that day. Everything is done by text message to streamline the process, but if you would like to call us, we are happy to speak with you. If you have the WhatsApp application, you can add us and we will send you a video on how to get to the property, which is recommended for those arriving in the early hours of the morning. It is recommended to have your own car. The property is located within a 10 mile radius of a great variety of restaurants, bars, a grocery store, a movie theater, and an airport in Aguadilla. If you see that the listing is booked for the dates you want, please send us a message anyway as we have other properties in Isabela that are always available and we can send them to you for consideration.

The apartment was very dirty upon arrival. I had to wash all the dishes and silverware before I used them. They asked to clean the dishes but had no dish soap or dish towels. There were no washcloths or body soap. The rugs and toothbrush holder in the bathrooms were filthy. This place needs a major overhaul and cleaning needs to be done.

The property was clean, quiet and appeared safe. I was on the second floor; stairs were steep; posed a small problem for my 82 year old mother but we got through it ok. I'm not tech savvy so was unable to connect my internet to the T.V.; so no TV during my stay.

Ok but…

I wish we had a way where we can see how filthy a place is from pictures. Check in was easy,properly is ok from the outside. Upon entering the apartment we saw a puddle of water in the living room.. Called the phone number that was provided to me and explained,person on the other line was basically saying that can’t be.. anyway said someone will be at the apt in 15 minutes…. 1 hour went by,I called again and she said she was on her way….. 1st bathroom (Blue) mats disgusting rundown,shower curtains filthy,toilet bowls with hair on the seats….really bad smell through out the stay. Bathroom light turned on whenever it felt like it… Bathroom 2 (Beige) Nasty toilet seat… Shower Curtains with mold on the bottom… Kitchen- Stove was dirty with stains on the walls . In this day and age we should be expecting a place that’s clean,sanitized… this place definitely was not clean let alone sanitized. The property is a good one just needs to be cleaned maybe give it a little TLC… No iron available or visible in any of the closets…

I am very pleased with my stay.

My experience was incredible. The owner was available if needed to be reached. The property was beautiful, very very clean and well kept. The neighborhood was quiet and very friendly. Overall my impression was incredible. I would reserve again. For me, 5 stars.

My friend and I stayed here for a wedding in Isabela. The place was WAY bigger than we expected and was more than enough room for us. While our other friends had problems with power at an expensive resort, we consistently had power and water. It was everything we needed.
