Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Roomy 3 bedrooms and a loft with 2 extra full size beds. Indoor fireplace with a large 70inch TV. Tank less water heater so you got unlimited hot water!!! Plenty of parking for RV’s and boats.

Carpet nail strip exposed in living room. Grandson cut his foot on this.Master shower diverter broken and drain plug broken so you could not take a bath either. Everyone had to use main bathroom.Master bath sink plugged luckily there are 2.Floors were filthy with black substance could not go barefoot.Refrigerator dirty.Freezer dirty.Windows filthyBlinds had food splashed on them.Backyard had broken balloons all over..... not safe for a pet friendly house.
Fronts of stairs scuff marks this was all over doors too.

It was a great stay. Loved that it was a corner home with lots of parking. Some things can be updated but it was no biggie for is. Showers need fixing, but bath was good. Carpeted area needs fixing as nails to hold them are very apparent and dangerous when stepped on. Floors need better cleaning. But overall very cozy two story space. We needed a place to literally stay (rest, sleep) while attending our father/grandfather's 2 nights and 2 days long traditional funeral and this space provided the perfect amount of space. Hands down to owner for such great services. He was very understanding of our situation. Would come back again.

Easy to communicate with And was extremely accommodating to our last minute booking. Only thing the refrigerator did not get cold. But everything is what we needed.

Graduation Weekend

This house worked perfectly for what we needed it for. My son graduated from Fresno State and his graduation time was 8:00 AM. The house was perfect for all of those who came to see him graduate to stay the night before graduation. We had everyone back to the house afterward for lunch and to open up gifts. The backyard was perfect and we were able to BBQ. The kitchen could use some more utensils and some storage items (like ziplock bags and foil), but we made it work and everyone enjoyed their time.

Thanksgiving

The size of the house for what we needed worked out not being able to use the master bedroom, disappointing the house squeaks a lot and very cold refrigerator not cold. Could use some updated kitchen utensils bowls.

Not recommended

Unfortunately our stay was not as expected. The shower in the master bedroom did not work at all. The other shower had no water pressure as the knob to switch the shower on didn't redirect the water. The home was not as clean as one would expect. There is no cable in the home. The 70 inch TV didn't work, couldn't even find the remote. Only one TV worked. There is no spa/hot tub. There is no BBQ grill. The only good thing about this stay was the easy check in/out process.

Clean and good communication

Great house for a gathering. Me and my family had a bbq since we were celebrating a graduation. We were able to all stay in a house that was big enough and clean good neighborhood no problems. Only thing I would say is it would be nice to have more toilet paper and garbage bags since we did buy some for our stay because there wasn’t enough based on how many people stayed in the house. Besides that great home would book again.

Beautiful, Warm and Inviting

Our Family came into Fresno for a very important Funeral. This location was not far from freeway, restaurants, stores or parks. There was no parking issues and there was more than enough room for everyone to sleep comfortably. The Host was available with any and every question or concern and response time was swift. I would recommend this location to anyone with a large family like mine, Executive Business bar-b-que, Small intimate events, even a small wedding. I appreciate the experience, the warm welcome of this Beautiful Home. Thank You.

Was great for us

Clean and mostly as described. No hot tub was only stand out inaccuracies. Kitchen could use mixing bowls and other such, but was otherwise stocked well. Backyard was enjoyed by children. Neighborhood was noisy last couple nights but being spring break not bad.

Plenty of room

The house has plenty of space for our group of 12. The kitchen could definitely use more cooking items like baking sheets and pyrex glass casserole dishes to put in the oven. A mixing bowl would be a great addition as well. There is NO hot tub but the kids had fun in the backyard regardless. The BBQ is charcoal and needs a new tray underneath. We would stay here again.

Very workable house and location

This house worked great for us. We were attending a wedding in Fresno and needed a place for several family members. The bedrooms were spacious and the living area was large and comfortable. Everyone in the family said it was a very comfortable home. The only negative was a lack of silverware but that may not be the owners fault - we suspect other guests probably walked off with some of it! We would consider this house again if we have a need in the area.

Family trip

Beds are comfortable, had 3 bathrooms was awesome for 8! House was a little hot during the day. But very comfortable at night! We didn’t use any kitchen appliances. Loved the handyman Mr Vasquez, he was very knowledgeable and helpful! Nice place to stay! Would stay again if coming to Fresno.

Beautiful Home

The pictures on the website do not do it justice. The house is absolutely beautiful and spotless. It was perfect for my family and I. It was also only 3 miles from the family we were visiting. We will absolutely rent this when we are in town. We didn't cook and only used the microwave for breakfast but it could definitely use to have a little more kitchen items like cups. That's just a suggestion. We are always buy plastic anyways because I don't want to spend my time cleaning.

The back yard was really nice. The host was responsive. The beds super comfortable. We really didn’t do a lot here, we were just there to sleep. We had no problems. Thank for sharing your home with us.
