Beautifully furnished and equipped for all guests, amazing views of the ocean and city from rooms and balcony. The apartment is super comfortable with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths, kitchen, dining table, cable TV and walk-in closet for plenty of storage during your stay. Amenities in the building are amazing, included access to the pools, jacuzzis, gym, game and kids room and much more. One parking spot included, it is in an indoor garage connected to the building. Just minutes away from Brickell city center, restaurants, parks and accessible transportation.

Great location!

Loved the location, the condo was very specious and clean. We had one free parking space in the garage and that was awesome not having to worry about paying for parking. The balcony view was beautiful! Overall great experience and definitely we'll be back!

Communication was terrible

I’ve stayed at the same building using a different manager. Loved the location. But this time this unit was really stripped down compared to the one I stayed in last year. Communication with the owner manager was confusing and hard to reach. Our flight got there early and trying to reach the owner/manager to see if there was some flexibility in letting us in an hour earlier was met with no response. There was only 2 trash bags available for a 5 day stay. And also only 2 pods of dish detergent. This was for a group of 6 people. We had to buy additional supplies ourselves. Same with paper towels and toilet paper. The management does not supply any of these basic needs. The beds were comfortable!!

Communication and cleanliness not good

Apartment was really dirty, we had to clean when we got there. First days we got there it was raining and it was cold, blankets were not provided even when requested. Had to contact property owner because they gave us the wrong key to the apartment so we could not leave or we would be locked out. Management at the property sucks, they did not want to help us at all with this subject so we had to wait on the owner to reply. Second night there a false alarm went off at 3am, woke us up and had us walk down 22 stairs all for nothing. Parking is a pain in the butt! Parking floors are in a spiral so it easily takes 30 minutes just to leave the parking structure or get in. The only good thing about this place was how big it was and the location. Other than that, not sure if I would stay there again. Make sure to read all of the reviews!
