In the heart of BRICKELL with FREE PARKING, best views in town, 1 Bedroom Penthouse, spectacular views to the bay and the city skyline. Enjoy the best of Miami... great location, close to all major attractions, Port of Miami, City Center, Brickell, Wynwood, a couple minuts to anything you may desire. Easy and fast access to airport in public or private transportation. Come and enjoy the best of Miami.
The gym, pools, jacuzzi, game room, sauna, children room and more are located in the 14th floor, they are open from 6:00am to 11:00pm. The pools are open from sunrise to sunset.
The trash chute is in the middle of the east hallway of each floor, behind a wide white door.
For the free parking pass (only 1 car per apartment): Please request for a parking pass at the lobby when doing the check-in. The cars license plate, model, color and year will be needed for the pass. The front desk will explain to you how to get into the building garage and how the parking floors work.

Great Stay!

This is condo is in a great area. Close to everything in Brickell and right by the water. Clean and spacious a perfect place to stay. Excellent communication by the host and easy check in process. Bonus... Free parking which is hard to find in Brickell.

Exceeds expectations!

Condo was great! Amazing view! Clean and all of the amenities you would need. I accidentally locked myself out and Alfredo had me back in within 20 minutes, great service! Highly recommend!

Great base in Miami

Pros: great area and the view from the balcony is breathtaking Cons: the bed is small and to soft and there are no furniture outside so you can’t sit and enjoy the view. But if you are looking for a great base to enjoy the restaurants and bars in the Brickell area this might be the place.

Beautiful view, spacious apartment.

Will start with the good of the rental spacious apartment, comfy bed and pillows. Great area for nice walks and restaurants near by and beautiful view. The bad which is the main reason that I will never stay for here again , the PARKING is horrendous, I have a big GMC YUKON and scratched all my rims entering the 7 floors in that tiny badly made parking. I wouldn’t purchase an apartment in that building just because of the parking situation . The apartment Floor was dirty, bathtub needs an update as it was stained and had hair all over the place. I let property manager know and they did offer to come clean it which is good but I had already cleaned it myself to remove the hairs as the tub is badly stained and that wouldn’t come off. There is a great size balcony but unable to use it as it has no chairs or table. I let property manager know and he told me they ordered new furniture and hasn’t arrived so maybe it was just my timing but it would have been nice to have somewhere to sit and relax to watch the beautiful view. I think property managers get overwhelmed with lots of properties and don’t really take care of some. Which is sad.

Excellent place to stay in Miami.Close to the Brickell Centre with many shops and restaurants , and close to public transit. Condo has incredible view of Biscayne Bay.
