Conveniently located within easy reach of downtown and year-round recreation, this stylish, three-bedroom home comes fully furnished for modern comfort. The private, fenced backyard comes equipped for outdoor living with a patio and covered dining table. The open-concept living area welcomes group gatherings with plush sofa seating, a fireplace, and a massive smart TV providing a comfortable spot to unwind after the day's adventures. The stainless steel kitchen boasts a full suite of major appliances, plus all the counter space and cookware you'll need for at-home meal planning. There's breakfast bar seating, and the dining table can accommodate dinners and game nights. Home essentials include central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer.

The primary bedroom includes a smart TV and a private en suite with a walk-in closet.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great house, well stocked, close to Sedona, Grand Canyon and other sites we were interested in. Quiet neighborhood with park/dog park a walkable distance. Would definitely stay here again!

Great house in nice location

Some friends rented this house for a short stay in Flagstaff. It was clean, nicely stocked and the management was quick to respond to questions/issues. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice 3 bedroom, 2 bath home in Flagstaff

The back yard is very nice with a doggy door which was great. Kitchen is large and well stocked. Master bedroom is large with a comfortable King size bed. It is a nice neighborhood with a large park 3 blocks away. Our stay was very pleasant.

Best stay for Grand Canyon visit!

Our family loved this house and it was incredibly clean and family friendly! The beds were great and the laundry was nice for our family of 8! Fairly close to the Grand Canyon and Sedona for day trips

Very relaxing but great town and super ski slopes!

Met our daughter and dogs in Flag. Just a perfect, clean, relaxing atmosphere and ambiance. Spacious rooms, very comfortable beds and great comforter and bathrooms.Perfect stay; close to the town with lots of great shops and eateries! We will be back!Sue

Perfect Family Vacation

The house was easy to find, had more than enough space throughout living areas, bedrooms, and garage. Beautiful and clean house in a quiet neighborhood that’s close to town. Had everything we needed and even more like toys and games for the kids! It was an absolute pleasure.

Comfortable and Convenient for Business Travel

I stayed here for a work trip and had a great experience. The home was comfortable and well-equipped. The WiFi worked perfectly, which was important for my remote work. I appreciated the starter coffee cups that were provided—such a thoughtful touch! The A/C kept the place cool, and having access to the garage for parking was a real plus. Overall, a smooth and pleasant stay.

Wonderful Home - Great Neighborhood

Had a Wonderfull stay!!!

W had a wonderful stay. Pretty and clean home, plenty of space even for big families, great location close to main stores, fast internet connection got 400 Mbps consistently if that matters, comfy beds and fully stacked kitchen. I would highly recommend and stay here again.
