The check-in process was a little rocky. I didn't receive an email or message from the host with any information on how to gain entry to the rental. I had to call Zillow and speak with a representative. Thankfully, she was very helpful and contacted the host for us. He was very responsive once we could reach him. The house (a 3 unit rental) was much larger than anticipated, but lacked necessities. There were 3 washcloths for 5 people, 5 bath towels for a 2 night stay, 1 spoon, and the cleanliness left a bit to be desired. It was also very noisy with the other residents. Also, a note about "famous Silver Street": it was NOT family friendly. A bunch of bars, strip clubs and an "adult" store. Was not comfortable going for my morning run in the neighborhood.

Perfect location

Super convenient location for walking to the Hurley strip and then drive to White Cap and Snow River. House had everything we needed.

At Home in Hurley

My 87 yr old MIL and her son age 62 wanted to revisit her home town stomping grounds. This apartment was well furnished and was central to all they wanted to do and see. It was a very enjoyable vacation for them.

Lovely

The property was our base for U.P skiing. It was more than adequate for its use. Home is clean and modern. We had almost no interaction with the owner, as there were no issues that needed addresssing.

June stay

The stay was absolutely fine. Seems maybe the sheets were not changed in one of the bedrooms, sheets were at the bottom of the bed crinkled up... and no pillows to be found. Just slept on top of the covers. I would stay again but let the host know. We did not let them know... but will next time. By the time we notice it was very late. Maybe time to update the furniture also....a little uncomfortable. Great location and it served it's purpose of what we needed..... June -- 45 and raining we asked the heat be turned on and they accommodated.

Didn’t get door code till I contacted.

Everything was good about the actual property except they have kids running around upstairs early in the morning. My biggest issue is I had to contact the property owner to get the door codes instead of just sending them since I didn’t have at 5pm when we arrived.
