This spacious remodeled home with an ADA friendly bathroom boasts a dining table that seats 12 and a chef's kitchen with two fridges. 3 living areas make it easy to be all together or have smaller conversations, and 2 of the 5 bedrooms are master suites. One master is attached to an ADA friendly bathroom designed to accommodate guests with mobility challenges. 4 full bathrooms total make it a breeze to get everyone ready in the mornings. A large covered patio in the back yard sits next to a 5 person hot tub. At the end of the street is a beautiful park with splash pad and mini- golf and Provo Canyon is right around the corner. BYU - 10 min, UVU - 11 min, Sundance - 13 min. Restaurants, groceries, and shopping only 5 minutes away.

Our neighbors have asked that if guests park on the street it’s only in front of our house. With the circular driveway, there is plenty of room for 6 cars total.

What a wonderful stay! The home was clean we enjoyed the location accessible to great restaurants, a mall and must see scenic roots like the Alpine Loop and Sundance resort.

Comfortable, CLEAN, beautifully updated home!

We enjoyed this well thought out home for a weekend of relaxation and fun with family! Plenty of space to gather in a large kitchen/dining/sitting area or enjoy some quiet time tucked into one of the 5 cozy bedrooms!

The house and the host were incredible. Our group of 11 adults and 1 baby fit perfectly. If you’re in the area, this is the place for you.

Outstanding home and location!

My family and I celebrated my Grandma's 83rd Birthday and we had the most memorable time staying in this home. The proximity to Sundance and the Provo River Trail was so special and the Fall colors were out of this world. Thank you!

Amazing house

The host was amazing to work with. Our family had a blast. It was our first time there and we loved the location of the house. The house was so close to the mountain and easy to get there. Definitely would recommend this house.

Wedding stay

We stayed at this property for our daughter’s wedding. It had everything we wanted. Very clean and spacious. The owner was helpful and friendly. We would love to stay here again in the future.

Fun floor plan, very Clean and Nice

Loved the layout with different areas to hang out. The master is spacious, kitchen was awesome. Furniture touches were well thought out. Highly recommend for big family.

Simply Stunning Mountain Home Away Home

What a phenomenal home that has every detail fine tuned to the highest degree. It was the perfect place as a home base for our son's wedding and the wedding party to prepare ~ and for all of us to find refuge and create beautiful memories together.

Sundance skiing.

Great house. Lovely place to stay for 7 people with private and communal areas. Immediate communication from owner. Will be coming back to stay in this wonderful house again! Amazing base for ski areas in Utah.

Great reunion location

My husband, myself and our adult children and spouses stayed here for a long weekend. Property was wonderful and hosts were very responsive when there was a need. Our only complaint was that due to the host’s request we did not turn the air conditioner as low as we may have wanted leaving the second floor bedrooms a little too warm.

The house has been updated nicely inside. Don’t hesitate to reserve the property. Also don’t worry about their being tenants in the basement. There is a private entrance and we didn’t even cross paths. The beds were comfortable which is usually my biggest complaint. I slept great in this property. The location is close to almost everything in Utah Valley. Overall we would stay here again in the future.

Perfect!

This home checked all of the boxes! THREE washer and dryer sets! Beautiful. Clean. Lovely yard. Lots of little gathering spots. Comfortable beds. Attached garage was really nice. All the little things you need away from home…a steamer! We will choose again! Thank you!

My husband Steve and I love Orem and this home! Although we live in Washington State, a part of our hearts are always in Utah County with it's beautiful mountains, college football games, hiking, biking, and great restaurants!

At the mouth of the Provo Canyon, you're 10 minutes to BYU, 12 minutes to UVU, 14 minutes to Sundance Ski Resort, and only 5 minutes to the Shops at Riverwoods. Hiking and biking trails start right in the neighborhood and Palisade Park with its mini-golf and splash pad is just at the end of the street. Driving, biking, or walking, you can't beat this location!
