It is a newly renovated 1,740 square foot, 3 bedroom, 2 bath home with more than enough amenities for everyone to enjoy. Best of all, it's only 2 miles from Downtown and 3 miles from the beach! This family-friendly Airbnb can accommodate infants, adults, and your furry friends. Enjoy water sports out in the gulf, a pontoon on Crab Island, and more. We look forward to hosting you!

The Space:
This gorgeously furnished home is classy and modern featuring 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms has more to offer than meets the eye. The living room has been opened up for you to enjoy an expansive kitchen, dining and living room design. The entire kitchen has been redesigned with classic grey shaker cabinets, quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances and a coffee bar! The main hallway is where all three bedrooms are located. You'll feel right at home here!

Guest Access:
You’ll receive a personalized digital code at check-in to access the home. Check-in time is 4 PM, and if early check-in is approved, you’ll be able to arrive as early as 1 PM. The STR has a Yale keypad lock. After entering your code, press the enter button (the circle below the numbers) to unlock the door.

The Neighborhood:
Oakland Heights is a family-friendly neighborhood. Fort Walton Beach is a safe, military-friendly city with 13 total military bases within an hour drive. Cecelia Park is within walking distance only a 1/4 mile down the road. Great area for the kids!

Getting Around:
Getting around Fort Walton Beach is relatively easy, though public transportation options are somewhat limited. For the most convenience and flexibility, driving is the best way to explore the area. Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are readily available and offer a reliable way to reach nearby destinations such as Downtown Fort Walton Beach, Okaloosa Island, and the surrounding attractions. Biking is also an option for shorter trips, and many roads in the area are bike-friendly. If you're planning to explore beyond the city or travel on your own schedule, a personal vehicle or rental car is highly recommended.

Other Things to Note:
The booking guest will be required to complete and sign the Ronin Stays Rental Agreement prior to receiving check-in instructions. Check-in instructions will not be sent to the guests without the agreement executed.

The driveway is a one-lane driveway capable of fitting three average-sized cars. Parking is available on the street as well at your own risk.

There is one exterior camera located on the property at the front door.

We’re happy to welcome your furry companions—all breeds, shapes, and sizes are accepted, with a maximum of 4 pets per reservation. Our standard one-time pet fee is:
- $75 for up to 2 pets
- $150 for up to 4 pets

This fee covers your entire stay and includes basic pet cleaning. All pets must be house trained, non-aggressive, and up to date on vaccinations.

To help maintain the home, we kindly ask that you crate your pets when left unattended. Please note that the pet fee covers standard cleaning; any excessive cleaning—such as indoor accidents, excessive pet hair on furniture, or damage—will result in additional charges.

Please note: The nightly rate includes up to 5 guests. For groups larger than 5 (up to a maximum of 8 guests), there is an additional charge of $25 per guest, per night. This helps cover the extra utilities, cleaning, and general wear and tear. Thank you for your understanding and for helping us keep Magnolia in great shape for everyone!

Interaction with Guests:
For the most efficient response, please communicate with the Ronin Stays Team directly through your booking platform’s (Airbnb, VRBO, Booking, and etc) messaging system. If you booked through our website, email is the best way to reach us. Our team actively monitors messages 24/7 to ensure timely support.

Please note that while our team is responsive after hours, some services may be limited during that time. We typically do not engage in direct guest interaction unless it is an urgent or emergency situation.

All of our Short-Term Rentals are self check-in to ensure a smooth arrival and to respect your privacy. Rest assured, detailed instructions and everything you need for check-in will be provided in advance.
