First, this could be just how properties are in Guadalajara and my expectations were higher/normal to me. Why? I rent a lot of properties so in comparison.
Imagine requesting simple items like pillow cases. It had no pillow cases(2) on the pillows. Used T/shirt to cover. Finally asked the front desk after a week of no response.
Day one sent in request that the shower drain was very slow. So slow that had to stand in about 2” of dirty water everytime.:/(
3 out of 4 chairs were broken. I fell off of one sitting down on it.
Faucet in bathroom barely worked so had to use the kitchen sink to brush teeth etc.
Notified that cleaners were trying to schedule cleaning but they never came.
Finally just found another place and move out early. Therefore effectively double paid about $1,000.00 USD. rather then living in that environment.
Will say it could just be a bad day for them but I was not there for only couple days.:-(
Was told was not going to charge me for not cleaning but no idea how that if refunded.
Have a great day for ultimately life is good since I woke up..
