Ocean-View Condo in the Heart of Kona | Walk to Shops, Beaches & Dining

Welcome to Aloha Spirit at Kona Alii, your peaceful retreat in the heart of downtown Kailua-Kona. This beautiful 1-bedroom, 2-bath condo offers the perfect balance of privacy, comfort, and location — just steps from the best shops, restaurants, and beaches along Alii Drive.
Inside, you’ll find a bright and inviting space designed for relaxation. The bedroom features a queen bed and private en-suite bathroom, while the living room includes a queen-size Murphy bed with a full mattress (not a sofa bed) for extra guests. Two comfortable couches and a flat-screen TV with Apple TV make this the perfect spot to unwind after a day of island adventures.
Step out onto your spacious lanai, complete with ocean views, chaise lounges, and a dining area for four. Overlooking vibrant Alii Drive — part of the IRONMAN World Championship run course — it’s an unbeatable perch to watch the action or simply enjoy Kona’s famous sunsets.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for in-home dining, and a washer and dryer in the guest bath make longer stays easy and convenient.
The Kona Alii building offers secure elevator access, covered parking, and one assigned space for your stay. Step right outside to Island Lava Java for fresh-brewed 100% Kona coffee, or stroll to local beaches and waterfront restaurants — all within minutes.
Whether you’re here for the IRONMAN, a romantic getaway, or a tropical work-from-paradise stay, Aloha Spirit at Kona Alii is your ideal home base for Big Island adventure.
We provide complimentary starter essentials including paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, laundry detergent, hand soap, and trash bags.
Receive peace-of-mind knowing that if something does go wrong, one of our friendly and professional staff members is only a phone call away. With a warm “Aloha”, we at First Island Realty look forward to welcoming you to the most authentic option for a true island living experience.

The room is in a good location in Kona, and the parking worked out well. If you go to bed early, there can be noise in an adjacent public soccer field until after 9 and from restaurants until later. This mostly matters for the bedroom that doesn't have tight closing windows, worse if you need to leave the windows open later. If you go to bed late, shouldn't be an issue. The room was clean, and the host was responsive with questions. Lot's of great extras in the condo to help enjoy the area (games, beach stuff). Lot's of seating, and the ceiling fans worked great.

The owner is very accommodating. Appliances are great, There is even an assortment of beach toys including chairs, cooler, boogie boards. The unit is very comfortable and clean. It’s definitely a plus where it’s located. Walking distance to restaurants and stores but you will be in the heart of the tourist community and a very busy part of town. The downside of that is that it’s very noisy at night. Random times in the middle of the night there would be vehicles tearing down the street very loudly or people shouting. This is no fault of the owner and the only reason I didn’t rate it 5 stars.
