Experience the authentic side of Mallorca: our lovingly restored finca “Sa Sigona” is set in a private location near Campanet, offering sweeping views of the Tramuntana mountains and all the way to the Bay of Alcúdia. In 2023, the home was extensively renovated with great attention to detail, including a new kitchen, solar energy, and a drinking water filtration system. Guests especially appreciate the blend of historic charm and high-quality, thoughtful amenities.

The finca spans two floors with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a cozy living room, and a separate office with beautiful views. Air conditioning keeps the living area and upstairs bedrooms comfortable, complemented by fans and mosquito nets. Fast Wi-Fi and a TV with streaming services are also available. Ideally for families with children incl. crib and highchair.

The modern kitchen is exceptionally well equipped—something guests consistently highlight in their reviews. Outside, you’ll find two spacious terraces, a lounge area, and a large pool with sun beds (11 x 5 m), perfect for relaxing in the sun or shade, or enjoying a BBQ in the evening.

The location offers both privacy and convenience: shops, markets, beaches, and the mountains are all within a short drive. Campanet itself is a charming, non-touristy village—ideal if you’re looking to experience the real Mallorca. Cyclists will also love the direct access to quiet backroads leading into the Tramuntana.

Ein wunderbarer Ort.

Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und auch gut vorbereitet. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war unkompliziert und nett. Vorab bekamen wir ein zehnseitiges PDF in englisch, in dem alle eventuell auftretenden Fragen im Vorfeld geklärt worden sind. Zudem enthält es Empfehlungen für Restaurants und Ausflüge. Auch ist die Zuwegung beschrieben, das erleichtert die erste Anfahrt sehr. Das Aussengelände ist großzügig und schön gestaltet. Es bietet Liegemöglichkeiten in der Sonne und im Schatten rundum den großen Pool. Im Außenbereich am Haus gibt es unter anderem ein Sofa, dass ein wunderbarer Ort zum verweilen ist, egal zu welcher Tageszeit. Insgesamt ist die Finca liebevoll renoviert und gestaltet. Sie ist sehr hochwertig ausgestattet, insbesondere die Küche. Sie enthält alle denkbaren Küchengeräte und Utensilien. Wunderbar bei den Temperaturen ist auch das kühle Mineralwasser aus dem Hahn. Die Betten sind komfortabel und alle mit Mosquitonetzen versehen. Das Haus ist weitläufig, so dass man auch mit mehreren Bewohnern über längere Zeit gut auskommt. Von der Finca aus erreicht man mit dem Auto in kurzer Zeit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, regionale Märkte und Strände. Wir empfehlen die Finca gern weiter und fahren auch selbst gern nochmal hin.

Traumhaftes Haus, traumhafter Urlaub

Wir haben eine perfekte Zeit auf Sa Sigona verbracht! Selten erlebt man ein so gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus. Alles, was man nur irgendwie brauchen könnte, ist vorhanden und die Einrichtung innen und außen ist rundum gelungen. Ohne Frage ist der Pool toll und wurde intensiv genutzt. Besonders nett war auch der Kontakt zu der Betreuung vor Ort: Sofort wurden Fragen beantwortet und gute Tipps gegeben. Für Radfahrer super: Ohne nervige Anfahrt über Hauptstraßen kann man vom Haus aus schnell die wunderbaren Nebenstraßen erreichen und ist schnell auch in den Bergen, wer es etwas steiler mag :-). Highlight für uns war auch der Obst-/Gemüse-Großmarkt mit eigenem Laden an der Straße kurz vor Sa Pobla. Extrem lecker und mit einer riesigen Auswahl. Auch frische Gerichte zum Mitnehmen sind verfügbar. Nicht verpassen! Die Verkehrsanbindung ist ebenfalls top: Schnell vom/zum Flughafen duch die Nähe zur Autobahn. Schnell an die Strände oder in die Berge. Einen Ausflug nach Palma haben wir mit dem Zug ab Inca unternommen. Sehr entspannt: Der Zug fährt ab dort sehr oft und man landet direkt im Zentrum von Palma ohne sich dort um Verkehr/Parkplatz kümmern zu müssen.

Traumhafte Finca mitten drin

Die Finca war bei unserer Ankunft sehr sauber und sehr gut gepflegt. Es gibt ein Schlafzimmer mit Ventilator im EG, dort liegt auch das Duschbad, das Wohnzimmer und die Küche. Das Wohnzimmer verfügt auch über Klimaanlage. Wenn man eine voll ausgestattete neue Küche sucht, dann findet man sie hier. NespressoKaffeeautomat mit Milchschäumer, Jura Vollautomat, VitaMix, SimensBackofen und Mikrowelle, große KühlGefrierkombi, Kühlbox für den Einkauf, viele viele Vorratsdosen, Auflaufschalen, Platzteller, Stoffservietten und massenhaft Geschirr. Die Austattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Soweit ich weiss wird es neben der schon montierten Entsalzungsanlage im Haus demnächst auch einen Wasserhahn an der Spüle mit Tronkwasser/Sprudelwasser geben. Also kein lästiges Wasserflaschen Schleppen mehr. Im OG befindet sich ein weiteres Bad mit Wanne, wobei auch hier eine Regendusche verbaut ist. Außerdem zwei Schlafzimmer, jeweils mit Klimaanlage und eines mit Balkon sowie ein Büro mit tollem Weitblick. Auf der großen überdachten Terrasse steht eine Essgarnitur für 6 Personen und es ist noch Platz für die Lounge die leider bei unserem Besuch noch nicht da war, aber schon bestellt ist. Zwei Ventilatoren sorgen hier für ein erfrischendes Lüftchen. Der große Pool hat uns viel Freude bereitet udn neben 6 Sonnenliegen gibt es auch eienn Sonneschirm. Durch die Gehölze am Pool gibt es ab frühen Nachmittag angenehmen Schatten im Pool. In Sa Pobla 5 AutoMinuten weiter gibt es Lidl, Erosky und Mercadona

Superbe Villa !

Nous sommes très satisfaits de notre voyage à Sa Sigona, nous cherchions une villa tranquille avec piscine, nous avons été comblés. De plus nous ne nous attendions pas à trouver une villa rénovée (cuisine neuve avec appareils modernes) et très très bien équipée, surement la mieux équipée de toutes les villas dans lesquelles nous sommes partis en vacances. La réalité de la villa est mieux qu'en photo. La villa est perdue dans le Nord de l'île, sans voisins c'est exactement ce que nous cherchions. Très bien équipée, climatisation, cuisine, ventilateur sur la terrasse, literie de qualité, et même 3 enceintes Sonos pour mettre de la musique dans toutes les parties de la maison. Nous y avons trouvé tous les équipements nécessaires, et même plus ! La piscine est très agréable et propre. Il y a des chèvres et moutons autour de la maison, mais cela ne dérange pas du tout. La communication avec Jan s'est très bien faite, il faut lui demander les coordonnées GPS car il n'y a pas vraiment d'adresse. Nous recommandons cette maison si vous souhaitez vous reposez dans le Nord de l'île, pouvoir écouter la musique sans déranger personne et cuisiner avec tout le nécessaire. Honnêtement la maison ne disposait pas de commentaires, les photos n'étaient pas actualisées (cuisine refaite) et cela a donc été la meilleure des surprises en arrivant ! Merci à Jan !

When creating our home, we chose a style that is both easy and welcoming, while still offering a high level of comfort—so that we can fully unwind and feel at ease. We hope that when you stay here, you’ll experience that same feeling and enjoy this special place just as much as we do.

We chose this place because it reflects the Mallorca we truly love—authentic, rural, and wonderfully down to earth. It offers a sense of calm and simplicity, surrounded by beautiful landscapes, nature, and animals that make it easy to slow down and unwind.

For us, it’s the perfect balance: I personally enjoy cycling, and this area is an ideal starting point for great rides through the countryside. At the same time, you’re never far from the highlights—beautiful beaches like those around Muro and the east coast are within easy reach, and Palma is less than 30 minutes away.

It gives us everything we’re looking for in one place, which is exactly why we chose it—and why we love coming back.

This property is unique in many ways. It has a long history as a traditional "finca rustica" —originally a barn—which was thoughtfully rebuilt just three decades ago. Its thick stone walls give it a distinctive character and keep it naturally cool, while the three bedrooms make it a perfect retreat for families or groups of friends.

There are many places to enjoy—from relaxing by the pool to cooking together at the barbecue—but our absolute favorite spot is the front porch towards the pool. It’s where everything comes together: long dinners with friends, a good glass of wine, or simply unwinding on a sunbed and soaking in the peaceful surroundings.
