This rental was advertised to have Air Conditioning but only has a single window unit that is not even sufficient for the space it is in. The house was very warm and uncomfortable.

Anthony, thank you for choosing Village Properties at Sunriver and for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear the home felt warm and uncomfortable during your stay. We understand how important it is to have adequate cooling, particularly during the summer months. We do want to clarify that the home’s listing states, “Portable air conditioning is available in the summer time and will be set up prior to arrival.” We’re sorry if the description gave you a different expectation regarding the type or capacity of the cooling provided. We appreciate you bringing your concerns to our attention, and we’ll share your feedback with our team as we continue to look for ways to provide clear expectations and a comfortable experience for our guests.

Great for big groups

We had a wonderful time celebrating my birthday with friends. We thought the unique layout was interesting but fun. Loved using the pool table, ping pong table, bikes and hot tub. The board game selection could use an update as there are lots of missing pieces or older games. But it was so pleasant, deer playing on the golf course and a quiet neighborhood just made our stay so enjoyable. Would stay again!

Red Cedar vacation getaway

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was great and everything was as advertised. Space was great and room for everyone. Only two items to note. Main TV was small which made it hard for us to watch the golf tournament since some where sitting further away and hard to see. The unit did not have a/c but did have portable a/c but was still a little warm and uncomfortable as the portable could not cool the entire home

Great home for big groups!

This home is a perfect one for a large group! We were a party of 3 families all ages 14 and up! Everyone had their own space and lots of room for gathering! The pool table area in the center of the house was perfect for everyone to hang out around and visit! The outdoor area was perfect with lots of outdoor furniture for everyone! We had more family staying in another vrbo home in the neighborhood and both homes collided here for a Saturday night bbq! 25 people comfortably mingled and visited with all the space indoors and out available! We will definitely remember this house when we come back to Sunriver to visit and pray it's avaialble! Thanks so much for everything!

4th of July Family Reunion

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location and size was great for our family reunion to celebrate 4th of July and birthdays (ages 12-83). There were beds for everyone and the house had most of what we needed. For those with older family members: The multitude of steps proved to be a challenge and safety hazard and recommend a banister around the game areas and open stairs to prevent falls. Also an easy upgrade suggestion to full bathroom doors rather than a shower doors would make a huge difference. Otherwise it was a great week!
