私たちの快適で静かなゲストハウスは、パラダイスコーブを見下ろす。 フランスのドアは海の眺めを楽しめるプライベートバルコニー（6'x25 '）につながります。 Zuma、Malibu、Leo Carrillo（County Line）のビーチまでは車で2〜7分です。 私たちは、美しいサンタモニカ山脈で数マイル、数マイルのトレイルやハイキングから車ですぐの距離です。 Pepperdine Universityは6マイル先にあり、学校を訪れるのに最適な拠点です。
ゲストハウスは上階にあり、独立したガレージにあります。プライベートエントリー、新しいキングサイズベッド1台（高級リネン）、大きなソファ2台、フラットスクリーンテレビ、インターネット、ダイニングテーブルと椅子付きのすばらしいお部屋です。


バスルームは花崗岩とタイルで、ビーチサンドウォッシュの屋外シャワーもあります。 リビングルームの大きなソファーは、2人の子供、または5分15秒未満の誰でも快適に寝ることができます。 リビングルームのApple TVボックスでiTuneアカウントで映画などをレンタルすることができます。

A fabulous Home-away-from-Home!

I absolutely loved my getaway to the guest house! Perfect location-- tucked into a quiet neighborhood but with beaches still easy to walk to for some healthy exercise (and even more beaches available for a quick drive). The kitchen is well-stocked and easy to cook in, the bed is super comfy. Both front and back balconies with views to die for! Jennifer and Paul (the hosts) are beyond kind and super helpful ... I'd come back in a heartbeat if I got the chance!

You won't want to leave! A Slice of Heaven!

I really cannot say enough about this property! Pictures do not do it justice.The views of the Pacific Ocean are outrageous and the city skyline is magical at night. Conveniently located close to the best beaches, shopping, restaurants, ect. The guest house is stocked with anything and everything you could possibly need. Beautiful Spanish tile throughout and soaring cathedral ceilings give an open, spacious feeling. Myself, my husband and two girls stayed here for almost 2 months and fit very comfortably. Paul and Jennifer are the most gracious hosts; truly wonderful people. The guest house is very private and located on a beautiful, peaceful street. We never wanted to leave! Thank you Jennifer and Paul!

Perfect Malibu Gem

My family and I just spent Easter break in this lovely guest house. We have two sons who slept on the sofas and were very comfortable. Everything was just as it appeared in the photos. We were thrilled with this beautiful space. It has views that will take your breath away. Everything is near by such as stores, restaurants, beaches and surrounding towns. We took a nature hike and rented bikes in Santa Barbara. The owners Jennifer and Paul were very helpful to us and wonderful people. I would highly recommend this lovely space to anyone is looking to for a relaxing vacation on a lovely street in Malibu, CA. We will be back but hopefully next time for a months stay:)

Great place

My wife had a 3 day job at Pepperdine University which is less than ten minutes away and we decided to do a full week in Malibu. This is a nice private place with the owners in the main house at just the right distance. It is conveniently located to beaches, restaurants, a supermarket etc. Lots of light, very clean, modern kitchen. Jennifer is super friendly and helpful. This so beats renting a hotel in the area. It will cost less than any decent motel in the area while giving you more space and a full kitchen. Ideal for two people.

Nice Getaway

My husband and I stayed at the Paradise View Guest House for over a week and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The guest house is well appointed and clean and we made full use of all of the wonderful amenties including the lovely kitchen, the beach chairs and toys, Apple TV, and FIOS WiFi. Beautiful architechtural elements such as the high ceilings with exposed beams, and the well thought out layout made our stay very comfortable. Although this is a one bedroom, the couches were comfortable/large enough to sleep on. The location is wonderful due to its proximity not only to Zuma beach, but also to shopping and restaurants in Malibu. Our stay was especially enhanced by our wonderful hosts, who ensured that they were availalbe to answer any questions we had, and were happy to accomodate our requests. We hope to be able to plan a stay again in the future.

Paradise View - Good for me and you.

I had the pleasure of staying at the Paradise View guest house for a month. The place was silent, and beautifully nestled in the foothills of Malibu. It was bathed in light and the mountain/ocean views were stunning to wake up to. The guest house was very clean and I believe fairly new construction. Architecturally is was Mediterranean in design with pavers on the floor, high ceilings with exposed wood beams. Very Californian. The ocean breeze added to the experience. The owners were very polite and never interfered in any way. I never felt awkward that I was living in someone else's guest house. This was the first time I've ever rented a private residence and the experience was terrific.

Very Clean and Comfortable

The owner was one of the nicest and most helpful people we have met so far. The property was very clean and the sofas and bed were very comfortable. Owner was there to answer all of our questions, and recommended great restaurants for dinner. This property has only the one bedroom, and the living room has 2 sofas which I don't believe are sofa beds. We thought it was the perfect size for 2, but our son stayed over one night and said the sofa was very comfy. So can sleep 4 if you don't mind sleeping on sofa. Would definitely recommend this property and stay again.

Great Malibu guesthouse

Great guesthouse in Malibu. Stayed for four nights in mid November. Beautiful views from balconies. Property very spacious, clean, and well maintained. Kitchen well equipped. Close to lots of excellent hiking--Ocean Vista trail in Leo Carrillo State Park, Escondido Falls, Point Dume. Would recommend this property for anyone visiting the Malibu area.

Paradise!

We very much enjoyed our stay! The location was perfect, close to beaches and LA but very relaxing and private. The entire unit was clean and comfortable and nicer than the photos show. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the morning looking at the ocean. The owners were excellent hosts, providing beach toys, chairs, towels, etc. and always available if we had any questions. We will definitely stay here again and would recommend to friends and family!
