Hello Heidi, the house is in the mobile home park, we haven't had any incidents in the neighborhood regarding unsafe or anything else, it's a quiet neighborhood, I respect your point of view, there are cámaras around the mobile home, so our guest could fill more safe during their stay. the A/C was at 76 inside the house, but since you never got into theunit, you stayed in your car in the driveway then you left from there, AZ it's totally different from other states, specifically housing and weather, keeping the AC at 76 or 77 it's normal temperature inside the house, and also avoids from frizz the AC specifically if it is above 100s outside. I'am not the only one that have problems with the AC getting frizz during sommer time, I totally respect and understand your point of view. Best Regards. Marie.

Hello Lili, To begin, on your reservation you didn't add the Dog, just 2 people, it would be nice to include it. Yes there's security camaras around the mobile home outside, not inside. The tape covering the switch it's not turned off. The house it's very clean, i never have complaints regarding that, but if its back to back, the smell of breakfast will might stay for a bit, that day the cleaning lady was waiting outside for for you to check out, it was back to back, other than that i let my guests stay a little longer i have no problem at all. check out it's at 11am, you and up checking out at 11:30, towels are for guests not for dogs use all towels wore full of dog fur, how can we used again, and those doesn't cost $5.00 like you just mentioned, all towels were bad full of dog fur, It's a mobile home, with a pool community, inside just for the community to use, not a city pool like you just mentioned, there's the address and photos, I apologize for the inconvenience of the coffee maker trouble.
