Everything you need to enjoy your vacation in this beautiful recently renovated condo on the 6th floor of the Georgetown Building in the sought after community of Sea Colony East. If you are looking to book close to family or friends, check out my neighbor’s condo as well right next door. Link: https://t.vrbo.io/43KtlNt5UMb Our 3 bedroom and 2 full bath oceanfront condo with stunning ocean views has a coastal interior design that welcomes you with new luxury vinyl plank flooring in the living areas and bedrooms. Stroll the half-mile promenade along the lifeguarded beach with 5 outdoor heated pools and an indoor pool. This location offers an easy walk or bike to town, restaurants, shopping and Bethany's boardwalk. The condo is directly across the street from Dunkin' Donuts/Baskin Robbins, CVS, liquor store, and the Bethany Boat House restaurant. You also have full access to Sea Colony West amenities including a 17,000 sf Fitness Center with indoor and outdoor lap pools, cardio workout center, exercise, yoga classes, basketball courts, kids splash pad, tennis, pickle ball, corn hole, bocce ball, putting green, and many other scheduled activities for all ages.
3 Bedrooms and a pull out sofa that can accommodate up to 10 guests.
*Primary Bedroom #1: King bed and private full bathroom (tub/shower combo) with stackable washer and dryer. Sleep to the sound of the waves.
*Bedroom #2: Twin over full bunk beds with a twin trundle
*Bedroom #3: Queen bed and sitting area for sunset views.
*Full Bath #2: Walk-in shower
*Living Room: Sofa bed/pull out queen
Each bedroom has its own TV with cable/Roku and there is a large flat screen in the living room. Wifi internet throughout the condo.
The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances, Keurig coffee machine, regular drip/filter coffee pot, dishes, glassware, silverware, pots, pans, bakeware. utensils, crock pot, and ice maker. Cleaning, laundry, and paper products are supplied to get you started.
Dining area has seating for 8 plus two more guests at the kitchen bar.
Step out the sliding glass doors to see the wonderful views and hear the tranquil sounds of the beach and ocean. Plenty of seating on the balcony with a high top table and stools, plus rockers and side table.
The promenade connects the entire beachfront complex for easy access to all the buildings, pools, and beach entry. Walk on the promenade and into one of the pools or to the beach access points which makes going to and from the beach extremely easy. Our building is close to the center building of the complex (Edgewater House). Walk to the Edgewater House and enjoy one of the indoor pools, indoor hot tub, sauna, exercise/weight room, lockers and showers. The Edgewater House is also the hub of summer season activities, Sandbar Deli, outdoor snack bar, Starbucks coffee/drink station, small store, live music, bingo, movies on the beach, bonfires, etc.
During the summer season Sea Colony provides a trolly car system in order to access the tennis complex, outside tennis courts, pickle ball courts, another large indoor gym, and other West side attractions.
There are two total parking passes for the condo when you purchase your activity badges. One designated covered parking space under the building near the elevators. Vehicles must not be taller than six feet, including roof-top carriers. The other parking spot is in the main lots in any spot without a reserved number. All Sea Colony guests (ages 4 and older) are required to purchase weekly recreational passes and parking passes at the Sea Colony Beach Shoppe in the Marketplace which gives you access to all the amenities that Sea Colony has to offer.

All Sea Colony renters, off season members, activity/program/event participants and daily facility users are required to complete the Waiver of Liability. The waiver may be completed prior to arriving at Sea Colony, or may be completed in person at the Sea Colony Beach Shoppe. Highly recommend complete ahead of time. This unit comes with access to a beach locker and use of four beach backpack chairs, an umbrella and some beach/pool toys. For your convenience, weekly and daily chair and umbrella rentals are also available at the stands on the beach. We encourage you to download the Sea Colony App or check the website for pricing and to check out all the monthly, weekly and daily activities.
Guests are required to bring their own linens, bath towels and beach towels.
Convenient electronic keyless entry system for condo. Codes provided 48 hrs in advanced.
No pets or smoking allowed inside or outside the condo, balconies or on Sea Colony property.
THINGS TO KNOW:
Booking guests will receive a rental agreement 24 -48 hours of prior to their check in date along with a special keypad code and detailed directions pertaining to the rental unit.
