This unique property combines the best of both worlds...golf resort and lakelife! Newly updated 2 bed/2 bath patio home on the beautiful Old Kinderhook Golf Course. Home is conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of driving range, club house and gorgeous pools plus a short drive to the lake with rental slips and boat launch. Across the lake and you are fishing, kayaking or hiking in one of Missouri's most popular parks.

Home comes with fully equipped kitchen, laundry and all linens for your convenience. This property is truly turnkey and we know you will find it as lovely and relaxing as we do!

Very Nice Cabin

The property is in excellent shape, clean, nicely decorated. Neighborhood is quiet. We would have liked a few more choices for TV watching such as access to youtubetv, Netflix, etc... Overall an excellent place to stay for a getaway.

Wonder Property

The house was perfect for our family during our stay for baseball world series. We were also able to enjoy golf, the pool and food at the trophy room. Everything was in easy walking distance on the property and the house was very clean and perfect.

Great time!

My wife and I took my son and two friends to play golf for the weekend. We all had a blast. The property was immaculate and well decorated. We plan to stay here again for sure!

Great Guys Weekend of Golf and Fellowship

We have three (3) guys who have worked together, worshipped together, and shared our lives and the lives of our families together for nearly thirty (30) years. This was a weekend to get together from different cities to reconnect around golf, food, drink, and fellowship. This property was perfect for us. The house was very clean, organized, quiet, and well stocked. With two (2) beds and a couch, there was plenty of room to spread out for personal space and also provided space to come together for conversation & meals both inside and outside. The grill was great for sliders and sausage. The deck with table and chair, along with great weather, was perfect for our end of day libations to catch up on life. Our communications with the owner were very pleasant. They were responsive to our call and texts for information. They offered any assistance we may need, but everything was in order and fully functional, so no help, no fixes, and no refill/refresh were needed. Without hesitation we would recommend this property to anyone who may be looking for a quiet retreat with a small group who want to reconnect.
