The neighborhood is safe, quiet and walkable. This is the bottom floor of a 3-story building. Large 1BD with a large living room. There is a full kitchen with a small dining table. Full bath with tub.
Guest access: You’ll have your own entrance to the bottom apartment.
10m walk to Yankee Stadium / 161st St Subway Station (D,B & 4 trains).
20m subway ride to 42nd Street.
