Our cozy, centrally located cottage sits on the peaceful south side of M-25, just minutes from downtown Port Austin and Caseville. My husband and I purchased this home in 2011. We have put a lot of love and hard work into fixing it up over the years. We had kids shortly after and have created amazing memories! Our son is playing travel baseball so it’s a perfect time to share our home so others can make memories and enjoy all that Port Austin and the surrounding area have to offer!

We rent all year round! Summer is of course the most popular. However, if your wanting a getaway to see the fall colors or a relaxing winter weekend we are the destination. We have a large yard with a bonfire pit. There is a wood burning stove for those fall and winter nights where you just want to relax. In the winter the frozen lake is beautiful! There are local snow hills, cross country skiing trails, snow shoeing. Downtown Port Austin has a small ice rink with equipment rental available.
